Arrived quickly and in great shape! I’d definitely order from this vendor again!

It came quicker then expected and all three are healthy

I order this set of 3 and very quickly received one. It is in good shape and was well packaged. It said that sometimes it can take a day or two to get the whole order so I waited. I never received the other two plants in the set. I’ve been trying unsuccessfully for a week and a half to get ahold of someone at the shop to send the final two or refund some of my money. I’ve created a bit of an urban jungle in my house and have purchased from countless vendors. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this one due to the customer service. I’ve given plenty of time for a response and a fix but still have not received one.\n\nEDIT: I was contacted by the company and a replacement is being sent

Shipping was slow. When it finally came I only received one of three items. It was a very nice tree. Roots weren’t in good shape but it appears to be coming around. Was bigger than advertised Had to contact the shop about the missing two trees. Their reply was slow, another week I received the rest of my order. Not sure if they were upset I asked for my full order but the second two plans were just tossed in a box with no protection. They were not in good shape upon arrival. Very little dirt around the roots which were all dried out.
