We had two Grohe faucets of very similar design BUT they couldn’t be cleaned of the mineral deposits because of that beautiful design and they’ve been discontinued. These were similar (not quite as elegant) but the screens can easily be removed to clean. And using the Wayfair connection to an Angie plumber, we got them installed at a reasonable price by a plumber who didn’t use silicone to cover up his lack of knowledge in how to do it right. No leaks!

Seems to be a hi-quality faucet...smooth operation

I mist have gotten the dud, but the chrome finish started to rust out afetr 1 year in two places. The speed connect drain is a joke. It is a flimsy plastic stopper that cannot take rreally hot water. It melts! I am beginning to think you need to go to higher-end plumbing strores for things you want to last.

Drip drip drip

I bought 2 of these. one worked fine the other would not stop dripping when turned off. Plumbing online was great and sent me a replacement cartrige ASAP. Unfortunetly that did not solve the problem in fact, it is dripping worse now then before. I have called a few times and left a couple messages but have not heard back from anyone in over a week. My initial super high praise for this company is slowly waning.

Nice Faucet!

Very good quality. The faucet comes out at a bit of an angle which looks good and makes it more functional (I've noticed that a common issue is when the faucet is too short for the sink - so your hands are very close to the back of the sink). Water comes out also at a bit of an angle, so it comes out at the perfect spot near the middle of the sink. I choose this over a similar Hansgrohe model because the American Std. had the sink pop up/down feature. Solid feel, and good construction.

Exactly as Expected!

I purchased the product as a replacement for a similar looking faucet but one of much lower quality and foreign made. This product is made in the USA with a high quality look and feel. Excellent value. I anticipate good life from the product with years of service. The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow and the installation went very well. A tubing cutter was specified in the instructions and was needed. I had to purchase a tubing cutter but, otherwise, only standard tools were needed.

My plumber installed it so I can't really comment on ease of installation, but it is very attractive and just what I wanted.

Elegant and functional

This faucet more than met my expectations. It is a modern, clean lined single lever that is very responsive. It is easy to control temperature and flow rate with the small scale lever, even with soapy or stiff hands. It looks beautiful with the sleek, modern look we chose for this bathroom.

Easy installation!

The water pressure is so much better now that the two bathroom faucets are replaced with our new American Standard Serin faucets.
