Great Faucet!

This is a very good faucet. We have installed it on numerous commercial projects. The only down side is that there is not a matching sensor soap dispenser to go with it. But it is a perfect go to for projects that do not need a sensor soap dispenser.

Great Faucet

This faucet is both durable and reliable. Of all the ones we have installed only one had any problems and needed replacement. The fail rate on this faucet is considerably lower than other name brand faucets such as Sloan. For commercial application it is preferred that the faucet has no above deck mixing valve, no need to have our clients customers have access to temperature changes! This model does not have that feature, however I can see where is this is used in a less public setting a client might want ease of access to that in which case a different model of this faucet does have that feature. This model of this faucet has a 1.5 gallons per minute flow rate so it is not as water saving as the other models of this faucet which feature a .5 GPM or a .35 gpm. However, if the water heater is far away from the faucet it can take a higher gpm flow rate to get the warm water to the faucet quickly enough. But, if the water heater is closer to the faucet my conscience would lead me to one of the models of this faucet with the lower water flow rate. Limiting water use is becoming an important ecological concern these days.
