This is an absolutely amazing sink. Best quality and packed perfectly.

The only thing that arrived in a box was the pedestal and I wasn’t informed that the sink was not together with the pedestal. Only until I returned the pedestal did I know the sink part was missing, it took a manager at the Wayfair store in Wilmette to figure out the problem, thank goodness I got a total refund. Now I get a message that the sink may be on the way! Please. Confirm as the store assured me that I have my refund.

Don't order this sink or any sink from Wayfair. I ordered this sink and it was completely shattered when I received it. They offered me a refund to order another one and the second sink was also broken when I opened it. Now Wayfair is saying I need to talk to the manufacturer, and they're not offering a refund or a replacement. Here are photos of each sink when I opened the boxes. They're not protected at all in the box with any padding.

Nice pedestal sink with wide top. Just what I needed. Mounted to wall and is very sturdy.

Fits perfectly with the depth we needed.

Better than expected

Looks real good. At 30” wide, it’s same width as the vanity that it replaced. However, it’s narrower than the vanity (from back to front), which is helping a lot in our very small master bathroom. Good quality product. Key is to tear out the wall behind the sink so it has a lot of beefy wood to hang from. Weston Plumbing is doing the job very well and emphasized the need for a 2”x10” or wider to support the sink independently. The pedistal is for looks, and to absorb excess weight if somebody were to inadvisedly put a lot of weight on the sink. I’d give it 5 stars if the pedistal had a bit more artistic design in it. But it is a great value at the HD price ($365 I think).

Hi, I love the look of this pedestal sink.. however I’ve been having an issue wth it leaking around the drain in the basin , I followed the instructions and it’s still leaking . I’m going to buy another to see if it’s defective , I’m doing a remodel for my sister amd I’m almost out of time, ugh this is very frustrating !

Arrived on time and in perfect shape. Quality look. Lots of room. Love it.

Sink is gorgeous. Unfortunately, the base didn’t fit without moving all my pipes so it is going out to make a very nice bathroom in my husbands garage!

I ordered this because I wanted a larger sink area. It looks really nice. Very happy with this purchase. Our first order arrived with only the sink - no pedestal. We contacted Wayfair right away and they sent us a whole new sink and pedestal. Excellent customer service.

The sink is beautiful! My problem was with the packaging. My first sink came with a crack in it. I contacted Wayfair and they agreed to send another one…as soon as it came off of back order. About a month later, I got my 2nd sink, also with a crack! I hadn’t noticed the packaging with the first sink since my contractor unpacked it. American Standard’s packaging was simply in a tight fitting cardboard box - with no other padding or even a fragile sticker on the box! Wayfair simply put American Standard’s box in their box for shipping. Again, I contacted Wayfair to report the damage and suggested additional padding. I got the 3rd sink in less than 48 hours, no cracks! It is a wonderful sink. Wayfair was always pleasant and worked to make it right.
