I ordered this fixture for my client and it exceeded my expectations. The chrome finish was really pretty and it also has a nice handle detail. Looks a lot more expensive than it is.

Great looking shower head

This is a great looking replacement for an old outdated shower. It’s large & curved appearance is very appealing in my guest shower.

Looks great, works well, according to my contractor was easy to install. No complaints. My son uses this shower frequently and is satisfied with water flow and usability. Would buy again, especially from Build.com

Good function but lots of watermarks

Chose this because it was one of the few choices in this price range that allowed you to use two spray functions at the same time. It functions fine, and looks nice when new, but it shows more watermarks than any bath fixture we have ever owned. We have brushed nickel and were led to believe it resisted water marks. That is not the case at all.

I purchased this trim kit as part of a complete tub/shower upgrade that I did myself. The shower head provides a near rain shower experience. Pleased with the spray pattern. We don't use the alternate head functions. The trim ring and handle were easy to install. The polished nickel finish is excellent and matches existing hardware nicely. Overall quality is excellent. I did have a problem getting a leak proof seal where the shower head screws onto the stem. I resolved this by replacing the rubber washer that came with the trim kit. After six months of use I have no regrets.

Not Polished Nickel

This was purchased as a set for a Master Bath Remodel. All fixtures were purchased in Polished Nickel finish and added quite a bit to the cost of the remodel, but typically the extra expense is worth it. This is one of the times it is not. I'm not sure if I received the wrong item or American Standard has no quality control with their finishes but seeing the items near each other in the shower really proves this was the wrong brand to trust with high end finishes! Most of it looks like polished chrome instead of polished nickel. The fixtures that are seen first in the shower are nothing alike. I redid my previous bathroom with all Kohler polished nickel and every single piece matched up perfectly. Of course it's more money but why spend hard earned money to get results like these!?
