The holder is a nice deep color brushed gold. Good quality and easy to install.

This toilet paper holder is perfect for our office, it's minimal and gives just the right feel

I figured that photos of the holder showing a roll of paper on them would be more valuable to product prospects than ones without. This is a full extra large roll - snug, but fits (and won’t be snug for long!) l took one star off because part of the gold finish came off way too easily when it came in contact with my Mr. Clean wall eraser. My husband left some pencil marks on the wall, which I figured would be a snap to get off with the eraser - I must’ve merely grazed it against the top of the holder when it was rubbing the wall, because now there’s a cloudy pale patch on it. Not enough damage to bring me down, though! Also, this gold reads more gold-coppery than gold-brass. It shines with of a warm-brown tint than a flashy yellow one. Not a true match with the rest of my fixtures, but not enough of a difference to return or be upset about.

Awful

These look good, but DO NOT stay secure. They wiggle and come lose. We have tired to reinstall MULTIPLE times and no matter what, they loosen and jiggle. It makes them seem to cheat and is really frustrating. I am so disappointed and requesting some support in exchanging as this is not okay.

Ok toilet paper holder

I really like Amerock products and used them exclusively in our whole house remodel. This tissue holder is just ok. The dust from the spinning tissue roll collects on the holder and really shows when you have Oil Rubbed Bronze. The square bar for the tissue to roll on is counter intuitive, it's not a smooth roller, a round bar makes much more sense. I have not had any trouble with a toilet paper roll fitting. Overall I think this holder looks better in pictures than in actual use setting.

A set screw fell out of the base of the...

A set screw fell out of the base of the holder . After looking inside the screw was to hold the cross bar on , had stripped out threads . Pulled out the cross bar to attempt to re-thread the mounting hole and the small end cap pulled right off the end of the cross bar . Poorly attached ! I’m surprised of the poor construction of this thing. I’ve been happy with many other Amerock products I’ve used . Not this one , it’s pretty , junk . Disappointed .
