I really like this ceiling light. It fits in perfectly with my country-ranch style living room. I think this light would fit nicely with other styles of decor, as well. The fixture is easy to connect and hang, and never a worry about any trouble replacing bulbs.

Initially I thought this fixture would hang too low in my laundry/pantry area but it turned out to be the perfect size. I love the color and pattern of the glass which matches other house fixtures. The light has LED bulbs in it and gives off more than enough light to illuminate the laundry area. The instructions were very easy. Once you are used to doing a little electrical work, it's white to white and black to black and twist the ground wire on the green screw. The hardest part is figuring out which fuse shuts off the electric to the fixture. I had to adjust the existing plate so that the fixture base would sit flush to the ceiling as well as so the knob that screws on to hold the base to the electric box would also sit flush and not have a gap. Easy peasy. My only concern would be the screws burrowing into the glass covers seemed a little weak for the weight of the glass but it is holding up well.

Very happy with this light. We replaced a cheap LED fixture that was flashing worse than a discotheque from the 70s. I put 3 color changing smart bulbs in there and now we can choose the tone of light, bright for crafts, dimmer warm for dinners, etc. I thought about the edison bulbs which would have looked nicer, but I really wanted the color temperature feature. Very happy with the light.

It’s unique looking! The bulbs come separate from the light figure. The package did recommend what type of bulbs to get. The bulbs make the light Even better. It’s not a bright light that is blinding when you put it on. It’s perfect! I love this light figure!

Dimmers

I installed this light with a Leviton Decora dimmer from the list of compatible dimmers. The light fluttered (strobed) at low settings. I replaced both the light and dimmer but that did not solve the problem. With the advice of a Home Depot Sales Associate I tried a Lutron Skylark Contour dimmer which seems to work fine. Note: there are no Lutron products on the list of compatible dimmers. I would have given the product a higher rating if I knew which dimmer to use in the first place (ie instead of needing to install 2 different lights and 3 different dimmers before solving the problem).
