Beautiful and well made

Beautiful but rusted

I really like the timeless look of the glass globes and brass for our Victorian era dining room but this rusted quite a lot over the past two years. It's really pretty damaged and I want to replace it and I was hoping for something to last a decade or more. Our home is not unusually humid or anything - nothing else has ever rusted and I have a lot of brass decor including the switch plates in the same room. So clearly it's an issue with the chandelier

Neutral and sophisticated

Our condo is almost 100 years old. And I was looking for a light fixture for a dining room to match already existing corridor fixtures. So I needed something neutral and fun, something that will turn a traditional condo into a more youthful, easygoing space. But won't look out of place at the same time. And it feels like I made a great choice! The chandelier is perfect, and delivery was smooth and trouble less. First time ordering from lumens but definitely not the last one.

Beautiful chair ridiculously long delivery time

I ordered this chair in OCTOBER of last year. Every time I email them to inquire about the order I get a different answer. This company lies to you so just keep that in mind. Also ridiculously long wait times.

Looks great, some improvements needed.

Good looking and good quality. I have some suggestions for the design improvement. 1. The glass globe threads are too short. There are only about two threads engaged during the assembly. I may have to flatten the metal cup to gain two more threads for reliability. 2. The ceiling mount is too shallow. It was hard to push in some of the fixture wires and nuts. It also left a small gap between the ceiling and the cover. Those two design issues were not show stoppers. The light looks beautiful and functions great.

This review is not about the light, as it's still in the box. This is about Houzz customer service. I bought this light on 8.27. A few days later I realized it was 20% off. I contacted Houzz for a price adjustment. A few days after that the light was delivered to me. One week passed and they emailed back to say a price adjustment is not in their policy. I can return it for $25 shipping fee. The light is still on sale. So I can return the light, have it shipped back and then buy it on sale for the discount. Feels like a waste of resources to me. And a dumb policy. The light is going back. My business is going elsewhere.

Wow factor

I've gotten compliments from everyone who has seen this light in my closet. I chose this because it was a "close to ceiling" option that had some oomph. But, the gold coloring is slightly bubbly in one spot. That cheapens it and makes it seem a bit spray-painty. It's so minor and you can't see it once installed, so it's still 4 stars to me.

Transforms My Dining Room!

This chandelier is gorgeous! It instantly updated my small dining room in my 1980's home. It included tons of down rod pieces so you can connect them for a customized height to fit your ceiling and height preference. I love that the glass shades are frosted so you can use energy efficient bulbs without being concerned that they will take away from the look.
