The pan's coating was damaged when I got it. I've had great difficulty trying to return the pan for a refund. I would not recommend this product, but not because of the actual merchandise (flaws happen) but because of the run-a-around stall tactics related to the return process. Thank you, Renee Sherman

Great Hybrid Non Stick Skillet

Excellent Anolon X Hybrid Non Stick Skillet. Great to cook with that gives what you are cooking a good flavour and cooks to your liking. Very pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you.

Terrible! It's not non- stick!!!

Everything sticks to this pan! Food, especially eggs get stuck in between the diamond imprint. It's not smooth and makes a big mess. Big regret! I am hoping I can get my money back or swap for a smooth real non stick pan.

Misrepresentation

I watched the video on what this pan is supposed to do relating to nonstick and it’s simply not true. I had a 12 in top end analog for over a year and there is no comparison. I couldn’t find the original so I bought this one and am very disappointed. It doesn’t sear any better than the other one either

Great pan

Unbelievable pan Had my own restaurant and had 4 or 5 dozen pans however nothing comes close to this pan in time will get 10 inch pan waiting for a sale. But I’ll be there. Great product. Actually it’s the greatest product. Thank you

not non stick

I followed the instructions. Heat the pan first and add the oil. Then wait for a few minutes before cooking. Still stick onto the pan. Hard to cook. I shouldn't fall for the big discount..

10” hybrid

Tried to cook 3 eggs. Pan didn’t seem to transfer heat. Had difficulty getting eggs to cook. Also non-stick quality did not seem to have any validity. At this point not sure I made a good purchase.

Anolon 12 inch

Fabulous pan. Gets used daily and always makes me smile. Amazing technology and easy care. TY for the detailed “care and feeding “ instructions. Worth every dollar.

Pan is peeling

I've had these pans since December and wanted to give it some time before writing a review. By March I was noticing that the non-stick coating between the raised stainless steel was beginning to peel and chip. I have never once used a metal utensil on these pans despite the fact they are advertised as metal utensil safe, and the non-stick was still peeling. Now as of writing this review, it has only gotten worse to the point I stopped using the pans as I don't want to have the non-stick coating mixed in with my food. Pans are great in theory but execution leaves something to be desired.

Perfect for my needs

I bought this as a replacement for an old Scanpan that was very good.

Food/proteins stay in middle of pan

This 8 3/4 pan is perfect for 2 ppl, heats evenly and food stays in middle of pan which is why I bought this pan. It behaves like cast iron minus the weight and need to season it. Cleaning is a breeze using dish washing liquid and a Scrub Buddy. I don’t use the dishwasher to clean any of my pans. On to the non stick—isn’t happening even with added fat/oil. The stainless steel mesh is a good idea but it feels raised in the pan when I use a silicone spatula. I would replace all my pans if it wasn’t for this issue

Doesn’t function as advertised – returning it

The title says it is “Nonstick” and the picture shows frying eggs. I tried frying an egg on low heat, with olive oil, and every time the eggs stuck and were impossible to get off. When I emailed the company for advice their email stated “The purpose of our Anolon X cookware is not to be a nonstick pan.” I am returning it.

Great pan

After using my new analon X pan for the first time, it is everything they said it was and more. Not only does the smallest amount of oil stand in the center as stated, the pan heats, very evenly and quickly. No problem with anything sticking.

Nothing Nonstick about it

I bought this one pan to try the Anolon line and am very disappointed. I use butter to cook my eggs - they stick, I use butter to make a quesadilla - it sticks. I have tried spray and butter and no luck. Nice heavy quality built but boy is it hard to clean (food gets stuck in the little grooves and is hard to get out) If you are looking for a great nonstick pan this is not it.

Analon X Hybrid

Disappointed with the Analon X Hybrid Skillet. The steel mesh seems to greatly reduce the non-stick properties of the pan. Cannot fry an egg without it sticking to the pan and breaking apart. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong? I absolutely love all my other Analon cookware, but the X Hybrid is a big thumbs down for me.

Absolutely Fabulous

I've been an Anolon pots/pans user for years and this new addition doesn't disappoint. This one-person pan is exactly as described in all ways - from perfectly seared foods to eggs as I like them. Plus it cleans easily and completely and is beautiful to look at as well. And the pricing (with sale) makes this even better! Exactly the performance this senior wants! Thanks!

Very nice pan!

I have this pan in an 8" version. After discussion with my husband, I ordered the 10." We both love both of these pans. They are light weight. The handles stay cool and are comfortable. They clean easily. They work wonderfully on our glass top range.

Works just as advertised!! Lot

Works just as advertised!! Lot less oil and lower heat brought perfect seared venison burgers! Use it every day!

We like the frying pans

We like the frying pans very much, but tried the lid that I ordered for the first time tonight. It doesn’t fit properly. Doesn’t fit into edge of pan. Am making pork chops & rice. Need a snug fit. What do I do? Don’t want to order another set which might not fit either. ????

Following all cooking and cleaning directions. This is NOT a non stick skillet. Very unhappy and want to return it. Everything sticks harder to clean. Issue a return label to me
