Adequate Lateral file cabinet
In the original shipment I received an incorrectly milled side panel 31. This was confirmed in once photos were shared with customer service representative G Thomas. A replacement part was shipped but it took over 10 days to reach me. I had to call at least three times before learning when delivery was scheduled. As this was a Bestar error I was disappointed in the lack of proactive communication about the necessary replacement panel while all the unassembled parts sat on my office floor. After 10 days I ultimately assembled the file cabinet & began using it.
