Nice looking piece of furniture

I like the finish on the Bush Business Furniture Office 500 Collection, Storm Gray. This piece matches other office furniture in the collection. I like the fact that I can buy it piece by piece and it will match the existing ones. I had a friend assemble it for me.

Packaged poorly in styrofoam that essentially exploded in the package. Poor quality. The drawer on top has a horribly poor opening mechanism- keeps getting stuck. I’m really disappointed and I have purchased multiple items from Wayfair before

Did not go together well and can't lock the bottom drawer which is the main reason we purchased this.

Works ok. Drawers are not smooth at all

The top of the cabinet is made ok but the all the. other sided are finished with paper and it can easily be removed with scotch tape.

Arrived damaged and took the pro five hours to put together but didn't even finish it...customer service and Anji are literally zero help. I will NEVER order from here again.

Missing Hardware

Came with none of the hardware, when I called to have it replaced the team was very accommodating and tried their best to help me but unfortunately because of inventory reasons I’m still waiting for my replacement pieces to be able to build it and actual use what I purchased. It has been a month.

Arrived ahead of time and in great condition. Solid piece of furniture!

Low Storage Cabinet with Drawers

Cabinet is ok. Large Drawer on the bottom slides well, but is hard to adjust to get it squared. The top drawer glides are not very smooth at all. Overall for the price, it was good.

The manufacturer shipped the wrong item initially. Sent a free replacement but took a few extra days and needed to dispose of the old one

Very useful! It firm and easy to install.

I am disappointed by the quality of some materials. For example, the bottom of the top drawer seems to be made of thick cardboard. The sliders for hanging folders are plastic.
