Light is beautiful but a little more teal than blue in my opinion. Straightforward installation, arrived well packaged, but normal size light bulbs are too big and you can see them over the rim. So, buy smaller vanity type lights and you're good to go.

We bought this for over the kitchen sink and were not sure we'd like it - we thought it might be too much blue and green. As it turns out, the pieces are iridescent. Once lit, the big blue and green sections look like a pink flower and the smaller blue sections look kind of bluish lavender. The yellow part is mostly white with bits of beige, pale yellow and gold. Really beautiful!

Problem with this light fixture

I did like the quality of the base which is cast metal and the glass shade. But you need to know that round light bulbs peek over the shade and can even touch the shade. I needed to use a lower wattage candelabra tapered bulbs to get a good look from this fixture. Also, the stem was crooked coming from the base. I had to loosen the light holding arms from the base and realign the stem. Otherwise the fixture would have hung crookedly. Good fixture, but it needs tweeking. Three 25 watt candleabra bulbs make this look very good.

Beautiful Fixture Excellent Choice

I bought it because I had admired my sister's and wanted one like it. I am very happy with the way it looks. It hangs in my smaller bedroom and looks good against my Lemon Sorbet walls.
