Does not seal water, becomes instant paper weight

I will NEVER buy an integrated LED light fixture again. Somehow water got into the LED element and fried the chip. You cannot find a replacement LED, the replacement LED part number (93054049) shows it was discontinued. Yet, they sell this fixture with a discontinued LED? Even searching the part number on their website shows "no results found". 10/10 would not recommend unless you can guarantee this fixture will never see any water.

Well Done

The light came with an attachment that can be installed to control the directionality of the light. My only wish would be that it could be ordered with a dusk-to-dawn sensor. However, the base has enough space to install a sensor.

Failed within one year of installation

While very attractive, this light fixture started failing only a year after installation. It started becoming dimmer and dimmer until it barely gave off any light at all. And of course, because it's an integrated LED fixture, there's nothing you can do other than replace it. I love LED lights, but I'll never buy an integrated fixture again. I'll stick with regular fixtures and use the LED bulbs. Avoid.

Not as expected

I am building a new house & just purchased 8 Wish outdoor lights. After the electrician installed them all I saw them & realized there is a metal cylinder in the middle of the light. I was under the impression they were frosted glass and would therefore illuminate outward from the light but due to the metal in the middle they only light downward. I’m very disappointed as I ordered them because I liked the lantern type look of them & wanted a frosted glass to diffuse light. Unfortunately the electrician installed all of them before I saw them & got rid of the boxes.

Nice front porch upgrade

We bought two of these about a year ago, and they are on both sides of our front door. The bronze color goes well with our brown brick. These lights have an open bottom. My husband added screens to the bottoms to keep out bugs. It is nice that they are LED lights so we will not have to change bulbs. They illuminate the porch well.

Lamps were just as pictured, a little larger than I expected but they still fit as expected. Only problem was that one lamp hadn't been properly assembled and I had to tighten some screws before I could hang it. Still squeaks a little I suspect an internal screw is a bit loose. Otherwise went up easy, look great, work great.

Easy to install and looks sharp. The form factor fills more space than a traditional light with the same advertised dimensions (no little points or swirls with empty space stretching it, and the opacity to the glass gives heft). We replaced a 20” fixture with the 12” and are happy.

Bought two of these. They are much brighter than I thought they would be and do not require bulbs which is a big deal when doing outdoor lighting. Super energy efficient too. I could not have made a better choice.. Very easy to install.. Very pleased..

Why would you buy any LED fixture without an easily replaceable lamp

These and many other permanently mounted light fixtures are now coming with non replaceable lamps. So when the LED fails, your stuck with a useless, and in most cases "throw away" fixture. Such a waste of natural resources. The manufacturers need to stop this "throw away" mentality. I won't buy a fixture without an easily replaceable lamp, unless the manufacturer guaranteed it for 30 years or more.

We are very happy with the amount of light provided by these fixtures, and no unsightly bulbs! They give a nice update to our porch and by the garage. But, our house is 40 years old and it wasn’t a simple install, because of direction of the mounting plate not matching.

These are very nice units. The design is simple and fits with a lot of decor elements. It's mostly in the Asian, Craftsman, Arts and Crafts design mode with simple right angles proportional dimensions. The 7-inch size is good for doorway/porch illumination. I can imagine the larger size model would be good for lighting paths when mounted higher up on a wall or as a matched set flaking a garage door. The construction is solid. Be careful when tightening the mounting screws if using a screwdriver. The matte finish can chip if the driver slips off. Tightening by hand should be sufficient. The lantern is packed in dense Styrofoam and arrived in good shape. The glass is mounted with four cushioned clips and protected for shipping by an extra piece of cardboard. Mounting is easy if your location uses standard size junction boxes. If you have to deal with smaller diameter or pancake boxes, you may have to get creative. The LED bulb throws out a nice soft white light.

Overall quite pleased with the lanterns, we have 2 over the garage doors. They match the hanging lantern we have in the porch next to the front door. The bottom is open and the permanent LED unit faces down projecting light on to the doors and floor. The LED unit does not appear to be easily replaceable so I'm guessing the lantern is basically useless if the unit fails. I was skeptical about the amount of light they would give compared to the regular LED lamps they replaced but I was pleasantly surprised by how bright they are.
