Shocking Customer Service!?!

Ordered 11 exterior light sconces online: 1 (of 11) damaged box refused, 1 missing mounting hardware and I ordered short by 1. So ... short 3 sconces when the electricians left. Dreaded dealing with an online order "customer service rep". Put on grown man pants then called the 1-800 #. Laura, in customer service, when explained the complexities of my issues said, "I got this!" She did, too. She found the returned item in the warehouse - exchanged item, the box missing hardware - issued free return label and exchange and then sold me the 1 I had counted short. All 3 needed items received and installed in a week's time. Laura also sent me a follow-up email with her info and the services she can provide to me directly with a text, email or call. Shocking Customer Service!

Quality lighting!

We bought two and love the style. They have a nice solid weight to them. The lights were ordered Monday morning and were delivered to the house Tuesday afternoon. Very pleased.

I haven't mounted it yet but it promises to look great next to our front walk and driveway.

Works and looks great

Ordered 2 but one arrived with cracked glass, but it was returned and replacement arrived quickly. Easy to install and looks great. The only con I have is that the glass is not easy to clean with this style light.

These outdoor lanterns are an ideal upgrade for a Craftsman style home. The glass is pretty and the construction is very solid. We were pleased with the quality and the reasonable price we paid for five of them.

Various sizes depending on the space!

Good to have a variety of sizes available in the same style...originally ordered the smaller versions but upgraded to the larger for the space we have.

Attractive look for various house styles

This wall sconce is atttactive and has a timeless look. It's sturdy, metal and glass. I used dusk to dawn Edison bulbs. With the glass front, plenty of light shines through. States glass is seeded but, vey little, compared to others I've seen.

These seem to be extremely well made. They are substantial, not flimsy. I haven't installed them yet, but very pleased with them so far!!

Gorgeous modern lantern
