Sturdy, but a pain to put together!

It smoothly once we found instructions online, but the original 'instructions' for the actual frame was a slip of paper in the box with just a picture, and some instructions printed on the outside of the box, which got damaged in shipping so it wasn't readable. If there were an actual instruction packet inside the box this product would've been much better. The frame is also kind of long, with a 6 inch gap between the end of the mattress and the frame. So far it seems very sturdy.

cute but not high quality

I like the look of this headboard for our beach house but I am not super pleased with the quality. If the bed was used on a daily basis I am not sure this would hold up real well. I also had to add felt bumpers to the back so that it didn't scratch the wall when guests get in and out of bed.

The headboard looks great, however it sits very low on the bed so I only see about half of what is pictured.

Great price on a faux wrought iron look frame.

Amazingly sturdy. Easy to assemble. It's just what I was looking for at a great price. Shipping was fast. It only took 3 days to arrive. Construction is tubular. "Bronze" look is a paint job but, a good one. The bed frame is square tube and snap to assemble. Note: the footboard is curved so allow for an extra 6" in length.

It looks wonderful in the room but is a little lighter iron than anticipated. Also it should be noted the design of the footboard curves out about 4-6 inches so that it takes space out of the room and makes it difficult to put anything at the end.

Nice headboard

This headboard is as described online . Nice pewter color with simple lines to compliment all decor styles . It was easy to assemble (one person can easily put together).

Very well made. My grandson assembled the headboards.

Nice low-key headboard

While not fancy, this headboard does what it needs to do - just covering the wall behind the bed with a simple, attractive headboard. The best thing about it is that the dimensions are just right to simply lean it against the wall and have it be in perfect position relative to the bed (I'd lost my thingys that attach a headboard to the frame). It's reasonably substantial and easy to assemble (just attach the posts to the headboard). All in all, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it as a ordinary-ish headboard.

Bought the White metal headboard for a spare bedroom and absolutley love it! Easy to attach to the bedframe and pretty much already together when it arrived. Highly reccomend!

Don't know what surprise awaits in a soaked box...

It's not the product I am unhappy with - I haven't unboxed it yet. Its the delivery service that Overstock used. I feel HORRIBLE because this is a metal bed that is in a box exposed to the elements, blocking my driveway under torrential rain. It's too heavy for me to bring into the garage, so I have to wait for help. There is a covered porch where they could have left it. But they chose not to. Im sorry Overstock, but your deliver service is questionable. They did this with this bed and the previous purchase. They simply could not walk a couple of steps to leave it covered. I don't know what I will find when I unbox next weekend...

This is my first time buying from overstock, It was easy to navigate the website. I am happy with the headboard I bought because it fit right on my bedframe without a problem. Quality is good, metal is thick enough to last awhile. I got it during the black Friday sale for a really good price. I guess I will be checking this website again real soon for another project I have coming up.

Great look and easy assembly. I bought two of these for the twin beds in my guest room and they really added to the casual, farmhouse vibe I was going for.
