We ordered this and my husband opened the box, set it aside, and I didn't look at it for 11 months. Opened the box today to show visiting family how we were redoing the kitchen. It's the wrong faucet. They sent the one with the spring over the hose and the attached sprayer. Not happy and now it's too late to return. I blame myself for not opening the box to inspect but I'm done ordering from here.

We remodeled our kitchen about 4 years ago and installed a beautiful, quite expensive faucet. When we had to replace it, I was very reluctant to pay the hundreds of dollars we paid the first time. I found this faucet for a fraction of the price, and it is nearly identical to our original. I'm very happy with it. It's been about a year now and working great!

This faucet was our first step to incorporating brass into our home design. It was the perfect choice! The faucet is heavy, sturdy, functions beautifully, and we get a lot of compliments. It brings a vintage farm touch to our modern log home. So happy with this purchase and wish you well if you decide to make the same purchase!

This is a beautiful bridge faucet! I am using it for a design project in a kitchen with soft beige cabinets and an overall traditional style. I love to use a plished chrome or a polished nickel for plumbing fixtures when mixing metals in a space. This one is just so lovely! The faucet arrived in a timely manner and is very well packaged. I have used Kingston Brass on other design projects as well as, in my own home since 2016 and I have never had an issue with any of the faucets. I highly recommend using a professional for installation on any and all plumbing fixtures so not to compromise the integrity of plumbing fixtures when attempting to diy a project that truly requires a professional's expertise. I our line of work I see beautiful plumbing fixtures such as this one not receiving the credit owed due to diyers not correctly installing.

Heavy and pretty. Looks much more expensive than it was. I did replace the side sprayer as the plastic lever didn’t look great to me. The only reason for 4 stars is that 7 months in the faucet started leaking. I called Wayfair and they have sent a replacement no problem. I greatly appreciate the customer service, but one star lost for the hassle of calling and having to physically replace something so new.

Had it two years and its holding up beautifully! Would give it a ten out do ten. Its a great way to mix a traditional style into a modern kitchen. It would also look beautiful in a French kitchen! The spray nozzle is great for cleaning! I also use the spray nozzle for cleaning my doggies in the sink. I purchased a water nozzle for filtered water and it goes nicely together. Certainly recommend this and would purchase it again.

This is a gorgeous faucet!! I had it installed to replace m 25 yr old Köhler old fashion polished brass faucet that was leaking and is no longer made. This new faucet is a nice heavy faucet. It was the side spray really surprised me- the quality and at how heavy it is. It's not plastic like the one I had there before. I had a plumber install it so i can't comment on ease of instillation I am very happy with the way it looks, its quality and the way it functions. I have a old Victorian house. My kitchen was an addition we had built in 1996 and I tried to keep my kitchen with a Victorian theme. The faucet style is a mix of vintage and industrial. Its just beautiful and goes perfectly. I purchased it in the polished chrome finish.

The vintage brass color is a good option if you're looking for a more aged/patinaed look. It's relatively straight forward installation without a plumber (took me about 2 hours) until I realized sprayer needs a specific hose that we ended up having to spend another $50 on. Unfortunately, the sink did start to drip just 6 months into use but Wayfair was able to send us a brand new one for free.

Beautiful farmhouse look

This is gorgeous! I am so pleased with this faucet. I wanted a farmhouse look and this sure delivers that look. We wanted the chrome to give it that extra old timey look. Additionally the price is great compared to other brands and the quality is amazing.

Looks great. Poor quality

It is sold as a high-quality item. Every bit of this faucet has been a mess. The sprayer doesn’t work, we’ve replaced all of the cartridges, and water is blowing out the back and top of the faucet. I have tried for months to get warranty help from Kingston and Brass and they have two months back order on Parts and will not return your phone calls.

I love this faucet! I bought a similar one about 6 years ago by this brand with porcelain handles. I wanted the solid metal for my new home. It's really heavy duty and easy to install. I have never had issues with any product from this brand and do not foresee sues with this item. I'd buy it again. I'm so happy they've expanded and have so many options and finishes on offer.

Love this faucet for the aesthetics. Beware: our first one lasted 5 years and our second lasted 1.5 years. With both purchases, we suddenly lost water pressure due to a malfunction in he unit. Trying to contact company for a replacement via Wayfair costomer support with this latest one, but so far we have not gotten any reply.

We love the look of this faucet in our (real) farmhouse kitchen. It is heavy and well built. The H C buttons on top came out pretty quickly, and I contacted Kingston Brass and they sent me entire new handles(these happened to be a more old fashioned shape and black, which I prefer). The H C also came out of the new handles but this time I fixed them with silicone! One other issue was that my kids kept leaving the sprayer (which really has weight to it!) hanging down into the sink, so the hose began to leak at the connection point where it was excessively bent. I let Kingston Brass know about this also, and they sent us a new, upgraded hose at no cost. The quality is great and we’ve had no issues beyond these two easily resolved troubles. It’s a well made faucet.

I purchased this approx. 1.5 years ago. for a kitchen makeover. I love the faucet, but beware, I just had to replace the sprayer hose and hire a plumber it cost more than the whole faucet. When I called Kingston the person I spoke to seemed to know the problem, they currently sell hoses made from another material. They should have compensated me in some way. My out-of-pocket is $300 with a new hose and plumber. -

Gorgeous Faucet

**Update** After two years of use, unfortunately the matte finish is starting to chip off. Very disappointing. This faucet is STUNNING. It's a nice heavy material and the matte black finish is just perfect. I can't wait to have it installed!! I love the curves in the design to make it feel traditional but with a modern twist. ** The hot water handle did arrive out of place and did not line up with the cold water handle. My husband was able to take it apart and reset it.

Good Luck, horrible company

Received the faucet and it was missing O rings and the handles were not right. I returned the faucet and ordered another one. Received it and it was missing O rings as well. I looked to just buy the O rings and lowes looked for them to give to me but the size of the O ring was weird and no one had it! I tried to call their customer service number to get O rings and there was no answer at any extension. I called multiple times and no answer. Lowes manager tried to help me but couldn’t get help either. I emailed the company just to get an email back saying to email a different address, so I did. Got an automated message back saying they would answer in 1-2 days. They finally did and said they would send the O rings in 1-2 days and over a month later I still didn’t get them. I had to order a 3rd faucet to get the parts to make one whole! It also came missing O rings AND the sprayer! So after 2 MONTHS of trying to get this faucet it is finally installed. That being said, I give 2 stars because even with all the trouble it is a heavy made great looking faucet. I just hope it holds up and I don’t have to try to get anything fixed with this crappy company, Kingston Brass. So if you order one of these, go ahead and order 2 to begin with and return the second!

I'm happy with this faucet I've had it almost a year and it still looks brand new. The description is accurate and it's very shiny and beautiful. The sprayer is heavy and substantial because it is metal and should last a long time. The only thing I would say as caution is since the sprayer is metal be careful when spraying very hot water because it can get heated but it's not a problem for me. Since Im aware of this, I just adjust the water temperature. I recommend and would buy again.

We have had nothing but problems with this faucet! It was great for about 6 months and then the sprayer hose started leaking. The wood had to be replaced in the cabinet below and it even put water spots in the ceiling in our basement. We had to repair it. The sprayer also gets very hot if you issue just hot water and our hot water heater is on low. The spout parts crumbled to pieces and we had to purchase new insides for it. The black has been coming off in several areas, we just wipe it clean so no harsh chemicals and that was in the first year of owning it. It’s pretty at first but if you want it to last more than a year I’d purchase something else.
