I ordered this item but then changed my mind but because an order slip had been created at the warehouse, I was told the item couldn’t be cancelled … even though it hadn’t even left the warehouse. It was eventually delivered on Dec. 21st 2024 and I returned it immediately at the delivery site … so I never took it from the delivery site. I was not reimbursed the cost for it minus the shipping costs that they charge for a returned item, when I checked my credit card online statement. I confirmed they received the returned item on Dec. 30th but for whatever reason the reimbursement wasn’t processed. My 2nd follow-up inquiry call about the reimbursement, I was advised a ticket had to be created and would be sent to the billing department but it would take a couple of days to be sorted out. I just checked my credit card statement online, as I hadn’t received an email confirming the reimbursement yet and lo and behold, it appears they charged me instead of reimbursing the refund. Now I have $580.68 charged to my credit card, in error. Like seriously guys … this should not be happening? Had I not checked my online statement in the first place to ensure I was reimbursed for all the items returned, I would have been none the wiser. WORD OF CAUTION ALWAYS ENSURE YOU FOLLOW-UP WITH ALL RETURN ITEMS TO CONFIRM YOU HAVE INDEED BE REIMBURSED! This is very frustrating!!!

Wanted this fancy faucet for the color, style and especially the drain apparatus that opens and closes with a knob behind the main stem. I don't like the new drains that require you to put your hands in water to open. The victorian faucet is pretty...just like the picture.

We love the way this faucet looks on our new vanity and love the quality for the price, as well. We havent installed either yet, but we cant wait to see our finished project. We have had a Kingston brass faucet before abs had no issues.

it looks extremely expensive, we are super happy with it and cannot wait to see how our bathroom all comes together!

The product looks great, but the attachment/connection design is terrible. One slight twist and the very thin copper tubing is destroyed. for this price, I would expect better quality.

Good quality at excellent price

Unfortunately, having to send these back. I ordered the brushed brass finish, and it almost seems like part of it is brushed brass, and the other is polished brass. My husband also pointed this out without me saying anything. The faucet itself seems like really nice quality, however, this finish is horrible.
