Arrived scratched

54 inch vanity does not look like the picture. The doors on the ends open in the same direction. (left should open left and right should open right) The biggest issue is that it arrived with a scratch and for some reason, Fresca only provides touch-up paint for the white and black, but not the gray. Extremely poor customer service. Why would you sell it in 3 colors but only provide paint for 2?

Got white so I wouldn't have a problem with color and it came in 5 peices and the 2 ends are a different white than the middle.

After a few months, one of the doors broke when I opened it. It’s a piece of junk. I contacted customer service to request a new door and was told they don’t have anymore, and they offered me a little bit of money. Ok, cool, but now I have a vanity with a missing door?

The vanity looks beautiful in my bathroom. My only complaint is the doors are interchangeable; however if flipped to the other side under the blocks are not painted. It has meet all expectations in the space.

You don Not get what you pay for. Uneven paint on patched wood. No balancing feet. You are supposed to cut the stands off? Well packaged with so much styrofoam your trash is full for months. For this price this is very bad.

The quality seems good but the right cabinet door came hinged on the wrong side. So both cabinets opened to the left and hinge on the left side. Before we bought, I saw reviews saying this was a problem with several reviewers. I figured what are the chances that would happen to us. Well it did. We bought two for two different bathrooms. Both were sent this same way. My husband had to go buy a special tool to change the hinges from one side to the other. Not sure why this company has such a problem with this issue. Would have rated them a little higher if they had not come this way. It was such a pain.

The doors, drawers and shelves are all solid and have no alignment issues. This comes in three separate cabinet sections, but that's the only assembly required. Only negative is that the finish seems to chip easily.Although this is presented as a single sink vanity, we have a beautiful installation with two vessel sinks. The installation has the drains for both sinks in the center cabinet. The faucets are installed through the outer cabinets.

Very happy with this purchase, cabinet and counter top are such a nice finish. Was easy to install in home, perfect fit for our second bathroom.

Nice looking vanity for the cost...only thing we didn't like was the backsplash is very short and seems disproportionate to the rest of the piece.

The craftsmanship of the cabinet is well worth the money. The quartz top and backsplash was solid white and didn’t go with the look I was trying to achieve, so I replaced the vanity top but still utilized the white sink that came with the set. Very pleased with this purchase!

The vanity appeared to be good quality so we were disappointed we had to return it. The online pictures indicated that there was a right hand cabinet but it does not exist. It only comes with two left hand cabinets and the vendor explained that we needed to convert it to a right hand cabinet. We did not have the tools to do this. Also, it is advertised as no installation required but there is some required as well as having to switch the left hand cabinet to a right one so it looks like the picture.
