Shipping problems

It was a confusing with the way it shipped through FedEx, no one knew how many boxes were supposed to come. It was supposed to be a total of four boxes. They were all shipped the different time and arrived at different time. I only received one tracking number. The instructions are very easy to follow. Surprisingly, I was only missing one item and it was a hook for the curtains.

Very happy with our gazebo! It took two of us just a few hours to assemble. I was actually able to put the roof panels on by myself. Would purchase again, looks really good in our backyard.

We absolutely love this, we did hire someone to put it up, only because my husband did not have time to do it!

Really like this gazebo. Putting it together took 3 men and longer than time suggested. Few of the screws were too long so we had to add washers. Also a few screws were replaced with our own as there was a. Manufacturing glitch. Screw heads were closed over. No indentation for screwdriver.

Love how this gazebo looks in my back yard. Assembly was ok. Needed help with the roof, and putting up the main beams but did the rest mostly solo. The material looks good but comes with defects and damages easy. Not enough to make me want to return it. Overall I would recommend.

Bad directions

The directions are bad, the products came bent, not lining up right. Not what I thought I was getting.

1 piece came with a broken weld another piece came without a riveted attachment insert , can’t continue the build without them , No Response from the seller. Not impressed

The gazebo looks good put together. I did it entirely by myself; don't ask me how because I'm not even sure. My advice is to make sure your spouse, partner, best buddy, or neighbor is available to help out. It took me several days mostly due to the 105-110 degree heat index every day.

The instructions were terrible. One of the screws for the roof would not bite so it is loose. The Gazebo has now gone on sale for 500$ less than we paid. Only 10% off coupon on our next purchase was offered. I would prefer to ship it back but it took us hours to assemble :(

I’ve been looking at purchasing this specific gazebo for about a year now and caught it on sale. It took about 8 hours to complete by myself with a hand to hold things here and there. Assembly isn’t too hard but having a powered drill and a couple quick clamps will help speed up the process and help keep it square. All pieces were in perfect condition upon arrival. I mounted this on 4-12” by 4ft sonotubes to keep it in place. Cant wait to listen to the rain hit the metal roof! Very happy with this product and will look even better when my patio is done.

The gazebo was very poor quality. Wood posts were hollow and would not hold the 4,000 lbs of snow load it says. The board for the roof were 3 pieces that were supposed to fit to make one across. None of the holes lined up.
