Very pleased with the assembly of the gazebo. Went very smooth. Left the screws loose as recommended which eased assembly. No drilling was required. Overall very pleased with the results.

Quality gazebo

The gazebo was built well and I had no problem constructing this product. the screws fit in perfect and the parts were manufactured to fit and did. The only thing that went wrong was the top cap was damaged in shipping, but Audrey in customer service quickly had a replacement sent. Make sure that you have your own tools because the ones that come with the kit are really crap. But all in all the build went well.

SAIA shipping company used, completely incompetent. SAIA missed delivery 2 times, driver had no record of shipment on truck, missing 2 of 5 boxes, had no idea where 2 boxes were. HD customer 2 hrs away received delivery of our boxes & called us, SAIA driver dropped MARKED boxes w/our address off at his house. Kozyard was contacted, said look into & call back, never did. We called several time. Finally canceled order w/Home Depot. Kozyard called us then! Too late, trust in company & SAIA done.

Shockingly Great f

I was going to build a 12x16 out of 6x6, but the wife convinced me to use a kit. We went with the 12x20. Amazing. Yes, some holes don't line up perfectly, but patience and the panels fit like a glove. Amanda with Kozyard was awesome. Called about a permit. Sent me the docs I needed. Just a great experience. We'll packaged. Easy instructions. I put it up mainly by myself in about 6 hours. Had to pour new footers since what I had we're no longer relevant. Very happy and no wind issues at 40mph.

LOVE my new gazebo!!!

Excellent quality! Love the size and sturdiness! It took my husband and son a weekend to complete, but we also added lights and ceiling fans. We have been enjoying the gazebo for a few months now and it looks great!

Great value and quality

This Gazebo is amazing! Plenty of room for your family Bbq's. We had a crew come in to build it. It takes at least 3 people and about 2 days to build it. Highly recommend this Gazebo. It's worth every penny. Shipping to house was easy. Kozyard even called us to confirm order. This is a perfect addition to our backyard! Love it!!

12x20 Kozyard Apollo Gazebo

The product came well packaged with the items inside protected from rubbing and scratching. The instructions were very clear and all pieces were labeled for there order and placement. 1 to 3 people is necessary for certain phases of assembly. Ensure the initial frame work is square before anchoring. I anchored mine with 3/8 redheads. During the roof framing I left all screws loose and began placing the roof panels. I did tighten down each roof panel after placed. Once all the roofing is done. I then tightened down all the roof framing. We have received many compliments on the gazebo and my wife and I are very happy with our purchase!

Very nice product, well worth the money

Purchased and installed the Kozyard gazebo in October. Installed it on a composite deck. It is a very nice addition to our yard. The instructions suggest two or more people to install, I managed to do it myself with the help of several ladders and clamps. It definitely would have been easier with 2-3 people.

Packaged well with no real damage to any of the parts. Instructions were solid. Make sure the frame is very square before installing the roof sections. It will make it much easier.

Good if You’re Handy

This is a very beautiful and large gazebo but as others mentioned, extremely hard and labor intensive to put together. Fortunately my husband and two other friends were able to help build it but it still difficult. They started at 8 am and finished at 10 pm with barely taking any breaks. Also, some of the screws were not the right size and/or broken.

This is a high quality gazebo. We had 3-4 people with power tools (I can't imagine trying to use allen wrenches to put it up) and it took us about 8 hours to install completely. We had to take a couple pieces apart as the roof screw holes did not line up and turn them over to make them work. We also had to use a pry bar to get the roof pieces to line up. However, it is made of good quality material and looks very nice when complete. I had read the package carefully and knew that it did not come with a privacy screen and had ordered them separately from Kozyard (it arrived same day as the gazebo). We also had to purchase the anchoring screws separately. We have used it all weekend and it has been everything I hoped for.

Huge and absolutely beautiful however the instructions where terrible. We had to watch several You tube videos, the steel roof sheets would not aline properly. it took my boyfriend and i approximately 5 days to built it working 5-6 hours a day. Thankfully my bf is very handy and patient or i would have left it to rot. All in all, a beautiful gazebo.

Kozy Yard, Hell Yes!

I was overwhelmed when i realized how many pieces there were, but just taking it 1 step at a time helped alot. It seems like the instructions were translated from chinese, but they weren't too bad. Watching a you tube video also helped. In the end it looks great. I'm extremely happy with how it turned out. Definitely worth the price and the work it took to biild it. The secret is to leave everything a bit loose so you have some give and take on the structure as you're putting it together.

Not easy to assemble

This thing is not easy to assemble and it takes a very long time. I'm very mechanically inclined (former helicopter mechanic) and I probably have 20-25 man hours into this. It turned out ok, but I did have to drill some holes to get things to line up.

We purchased this gazebo and the end product is very pretty. Getting it together is why I give it a one star. We were missing so many pieces and had to keep running out to buy things that we needed. Then get to the end and the bolt holes do not line up. Took three days and had my husband no been handy. We would have figured out who to box it and return it. For the price we paid To have that many issues. Very disappointed

Worst product and customer service DO NOT BUY

I ordered Apollo 12 ft. x 20 ft. W Wood Like Aluminum Hardtop Gazebo with Galvanized Steel Roof and Mosquito Net from Home Depot in April. I had numerous issues with the materials in this gazebo. I took photos and attached them for your reference. Basically, every since Z metal brackets (88 in total) were painted shut therefore, my contractors spent almost 3 hours breaking them open so they can work, and then the Q bar had no holes drilled in it which were required so they had to drill all new holes into the product. I had to then pay the contractors extra for all of this work. I am very surprised we had this many issues for such an expensive project, very unhappy. This product was over 3k! The assembly cost me over 1k due to the extra time and issues! This was a total scam of a company too. I reached out to Home Depot first and they issued me a minor $120 dollars back and they said that’s all they could do but to reach out to the company itself to deal with the issue. So I did. I contacted Kozyard directly, they finally after numerous calls and emails later said oh sorry about the inconvenience, enjoy the product. I was dumbfounded. I contacted them 4 more times to try to get a better answer than this, NO response. I’m over the moon livid.

This was the second gazebo I installed in my backyard from Kozyard. The installation was much easier as I learned tricks from the first installation. For example, as you install each of the panels on the roof, don't tighten the bolts all the way. This allows you to have a little play when putting in the next panel.
