Product works as it should, but.do not order

I ordered this three and had to return it twice times. I originally ordered this two pack and had no issues. Go to refill it and receive a single filter not two. Returned it to the store, no issues. Tried ordering again since it's not carried in stores. Again received one instead of two, so back to the store. The filters are fine but I won't be ordering them from Home Depot anymore.

FINALLY!!! It only took HD 5 years to bring them into stock for the 100s of new house in the surrounding area. Lord knows I’ve asked the Kyle store personnel numerous times about bring them in, however I guess better late than never.

Great HVAC filter system

Great media filter for a HVAC system. Better than using 1" filters. This one last longer plus is easier on the system. Last 6-12 months.

This is a genuine AprilAire 210, it was delivered on time and Home Depot had the lowest price per filter, two were included.

Shady seller

Ordered this filter as a direct replacement for our current one. After placing the order, I realized that I was supposed to order a different model of this brand that was supposed to catch more particles. I sent a cancellation request a few minutes after placing the order (which was to be shipped) and had every intention to then reorder the other model of filter from the same seller). I received a response from the seller that they could not cancel because it had already shipped—less than one hour after the order was placed. Interestingly enough, I received a shipping notification several hours later showing that it had just then been picked up. Nutshell—I kept the original order because I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning it, but I don’t do business with dishonest sellers and this sure appears to be one. If you’re that hard up for a sale, I feel sorry for you.

Furnace Filter

We haven’t yet used the filter, wanted it on hand for when filter needs to be changed. New furnace and air conditioner last year and the furnace guy said to order on line because they are cheaper than getting from him. Love to save a little money!

Just the right size and fit. These filters should be replaced regularly. I was surprised at how much gunk was trapped after just three months. It is an easy and worthwhile furnace maintenance item!

Honestly i dont know why i picked this besides the fact everything else was choosen. All i.can say is that the cloth material is really thick. And the mailman left.it.outside in the rain so now its like brown.

This is a thin yet durable filter. It works amazing! Plus it smelllls so good ! I did notice it last longer than the other brands! I was incentivized with this product for my honest opinion!

I recently bought a new air conditioning unit, and it required a different size and shape of any other filters. I could go 4 months without changing my previous filter. This filter does such a better job.

ALTHOUGH THESE FILTERS ARE VERY EXPENSIVE, THEY WORK REALLY WELL KEEPING THE DUST AT A REALLY LOW LEVEL. I RECENTLY REPLACED THAT SAME FILTER AFTER AN ENTIRE YEAR AND FOR THAT REASON IT IS AFFORDABLE. HOME DEPOT'S PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE.

Purchase

While the buying process was quick and simple and arrived within 5 days was nice. Price was better than any other online retailer including big A. My only concern is that product was not labeled as a merv 11 of anything else. No cellophane wrapping or indication of merv on filter. Seems to be working fine but no way to tell if I got what I paid for.

Even though I still use intake filters the AprilAire picked up a LOT of dust during the past year. This is a great price for a pair of these whole-house expandable air filters. Sure beats having an A/C service install one and charging twice as much!

Original equipment replacement parts

The Carrier system is new for this home, but the Aprilaire filter carried by SupplyHouse is the proper filter for the system and I will have no difficulty installing it when the time comes. I enjoy the worry free availability of original replacement parts.

This Honeywell furnace filter is the best on the market, but it is expensive. There are some other brands available but if you examine the dimensions they are only 4.5" wide while the Honeywell is 6" wide. They are just giving you less filter area. Get the best as it effects the health of the air you breath in your house.

It wasn't immediately apparent how this was supposed to be installed. When I took the old filter out it was 20x25x4 in a cardboard frame, and this was mounted inside a plastic frame that slides into the filter box along two metal rails. This filter does not fit in the plastic frame, instead it fits directly between the metal rails. Initially I thought it may be the wrong size filter.

I have always purchased the air filters that you have to put together. They worked but I do not want to have to put them together. I finally decided to buy a popup kind. This was a little more money but totally worth it. I would highly recommend this product to someone looking for an air filter. I will continue to buy when I need a replacement.
