Does Not Fit, poor build quality

Does not fit application, (Aprilaire 2400). And poor build quality! The filter was separating from the cardboard before I even attempted to install it. When I did attempt to install it, it didn't fit.

Excellent product, have used them for years and they work great. They are easy to install and will last a year in service.

Willing to pay the extra cost of this good quality brand name product.

Product received bent

The filter was placed in a box that didn’t quite fit correctly for the filter. As a result, a top portion of the filter was bent, found upon opening the box. I was able to bend it back enough to use the filter. But please next time, use a box that better fits the filter.

We've been using this filter for 19 years. It works so well that we only have to change it once a year, even though we have our system serviced twice a year. And it prevents having to use an expensive filter in the interior flow vent.

The filter is a great purchase. Aprilaire filters last almost a year which is much longer than a regular filter. It can be easily changed in just a few minutes. I will not use anything but an Aprilaire.

This is a great filter! We have a lot of allergies in our household and this helps! Dont hesitate to buy and a great price at Home Depot!! I cannot seem to find it elsewhere or at such a good price!
