Waste of thousands of dollars

So cheap and thin. I spent thousands on two pallets to refloor my house. I had a contractor use thinset to make sure my floor is perfectly level. THIS FLOOR HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. IT POPS, CHIPS AND WORSE OF ALL THE JOINTS CREASE. CHEAPLY MADE. REVIEWS MUST BE FAKE OR BY PAID REVIEWS.

Customer service needs improvement.

We picked the product based on another friend’s use. That is the good part. When we finally got the non stocked flooring there were seven boxes damaged. It appeared a fork lift had smashed into the material. Sadly getting a replacement caused a problem for my contractor which pushed my install date out.

The sample provided for this product was twice as thick and way better quality than what was delivered. I spent a lot of time researching what I thought was a far more superior product, only to be given something else. To be clear, I wasn't accidentally sent the wrong thing.

Absolutely love our Cali flooring

From start to finish, we absolutely love our Cali flooring. Our sales rep (Kasey) was extremely helpful as we used the visualizer to pick out the flooring color and ordered sample colors. We originally purchased the product to put in our home but ended up installing it in a rental home. We are DIYers & brought a friend in to help with a total remodel. I worked with him to install the flooring. What a great product to work with. It installs very nicely. Color is very natural. We went with the aged hickory to give our place a coastal farmhouse look. You can feel the quality. It is quiet to walk on. We changed our baseboards & door frames so this made it easier for install. Here are some progress pictures. We are finishing up the remodel & it looks great. Even got a mirror locally to match the flooring. Thanks Cali.

Locking grove tend to break during installation

The locking male groves break on installation, not very strong. Time will tell on reliability

Great product for a floating home

I went with Cali Builders Choice Aged Hickory throughout my 900 sq. ft. Floating home. The material was extremely consistent in that there was no bad planks / bad finish, and very little wastage was generated. While real easy to install, you need to take time to make sure it is all the way snapped together end to end and sideways or the plank may come up a 64th of an in out of place. Being 20 lbs lighter per box than the PRO line helped with the floatation bill when the house was done. Thanks CALI

BE SURE TO USE THE CALI UNDERLAYMENT!

My builder installed 3000 sqft of this directly over a concrete floor because it said on the web site that an underlayment was not required since the LVT has its own built-in underlayment. However, because it’s a floating floor and the LVT backing is really hard, after several months the floors still made clop clop clop noises when walking on them.
