Enamel failure
I purchased this pot and I loved it at first... then the enamel started coming off in chunks. I have only used it about 5 times. I am so sad I am no longer able to use it due to the enamel flaking off inside the pot. I have had it less than 1 year.
I hate this stock pot. Everything sticks I needed to make a large amount of biscuits and gravy. So I decided to use that pot to make my grave Yen. Well, it burnt my gravy, it does it now. Ive been making gravy for since I was 10 years old with my grandmother. Lets see, thats over 60 years

Good pot/ Bad lid
Pros-This pot is a great size that is hard to find! You can lay a turkey leg flat in it. I have had it for a while and it cooks beans and collards very evenly. Cons- It did stain slightly after soaking red beans. The lid is not heavy enough! This is reason enough that I would not buy it again. The lid rattles when simmering and also leaks condensation because of the lid not staying tight. 👎🏻
