Just right

The rug fits our entryway and the color is a perfect match for our existing color scheme. I worry a bit about the light colored center. When it rains, I’ll throw a towel over it or guests to wipe their feet.

The color and quality are great! It is wool, and very well made. I love the tones of the rug, and the colors are as represented. It is always hard on a computer monitor to tell, but it looks great! For those who order a large rug (I ordered 11.5x15), just be aware it will be shipped by freight and may take a little longer than expected, for planning purposes.

Severely damaged rug; terrible resolution timeline; headache!

I hesitate to give such a bad review, because there was one customer service rep who was quite helpful, and truly I think this was more their shipping partner's fault (or maybe their warehouse). But I ordered what would have been a high quality and well-made rug. When ATF Freight (rugs direct's delivery vendor) delivers, a few things to note that made our experience awful:

I was a little nervous buying a large rug online without being able to see and feel it in person, but I am so glad I took the leap! I relied on the descriptions and the tool that lets you see it in your room and I am very happy with this rug. The colors are what I expected and the rug is very comfortable underfoot. It really brought our whole living room together! I couldn't be more pleased!

Vivid Colors

This rug has a bluish cast vs olive on the outer border. It is great quality and easy to care for. I also bought this rug in sand. They are beautiful on my maple hardwood floors.
