We ordered the under sink filter but in the end it didnt work out (our fault). Customer service was prompt and amazing (thank you Carlos!). The next time we move, we will definitely look at purchasing AquaTru again.

Not as described

Loved the countertop RO, so added the under sink RO in 2022 for the ease of the auto fill. Opted on this one based on description that sanitizing process was different than other models. When it was time to add sanitizer solution as described online, I was unable to find it for purchase on this site. Customer Service instructed me to use bleach instead. On 7/11, I requested additional info/guidance and am still awaiting a reply. Disappointed that bleach is needed.

Cheap construction

I purchased this unit and had it professionally installed. Within 4 months the cheap plastic connectors came apart and flooded my entire first floor of my house and then my finished basement causing me thousands of dollars of damage. I called customer service and was told they could send me a new connector part - why in the world would I want another cheap plastic connector and risk flooding again??? Also I was out on hold and then hung up on.

Not the easiest to install, we had some issues but customer service was able to help and had us back on track quickly. We love the RO water, and the under counter ease makes drinking more water so easy, as well as filling ice cube trays! HUGE difference in taste too. We typically fill a pitcher to keep in the fridge and add some alkaline drops/minerals to it.

We have the under the sink model. It was easy to install, and it works great. We could immediately taste the difference in the water. I've been recommending it to everyone. My wife has noticed that her skin is healthier too.

Wish I purchased sooner

I’ve been wanting a reverse osmosis system for 10 years now. Came across AquaTru and all the raving reviews about the products. Our family of 6 have been drinking alkaline water from a local water store for years. Taking our 6, 5 gallon jugs to the store often to refill. Although it was a great price, the hassle of taking the time to commute 20 minutes to refill and when our kids don’t remind us and they take the last of the gallon was quite aggravating. Personally I don’t like clutter on the counter tops and having the sleek spout that disperses room temp water is perfection for me. Sometimes my kids like their water cold so we fill up a two gallon jug for that. Also now I cook with the water. Unfortunately the plumber installing cost more than the unit itself, if you are handy and can install this then it’s a no brainer to buy asap. So worth the investment (which is actually more affordable than others). if you are on the fence, I wish I did it sooner.

We don't have a large

We don't have a large place, so getting a big water purifier wasn't an option for us. We noticed right away our water didn't have any after taste. Wonderful. I intend to purchase the smaller model when we're done paying this one off. Going to put it in the store.

Faulty Product - Terrible Customer Support

I would provide a 1 star review, but this company's system is set to push the 1 star reviews to the bottom of the page. I received my Classic machine, excited to use the product. Upon setting it up, I noticed it was leaking water from the spouts where the containers connect. Additionally, the water smelled very strongly of rotten eggs (sulfur). I contacted AquaTru Customer Support and was told that I would have to pay return shipping which is nearly $100. When I left an honest review on their Black Friday AD, it was deleted and then they blocked my account. I would NOT purchase from this company. They do not stand by the quality that they promise.
