Great choice for smaller bathroom!
Sleek and elegant shower door.
The product is superior to the local retailers. This model has thicker tempered glass, so it has a quality professional look. I used a handyman to assist which is necessary for a correct installation. This is a heavy glass panels and you need all tools, including a level. I siliconed the tub part, so it needed 24 hour dry time ..no touch or movement during that time. Great product!
Changes the entire look of your bathroom!
I should've purchased this item a long time ago! Great quality at a reasonable price. I was afraid my walls would not take the weight as this item is extremely heavy -definitely need two people to install. The only issue I had was that the one piece at the end of the tub sticks out since our tub was shortened on the side of the wall to make more walking space. It's not the manufacturer fault though. Also I wish the outside bar was instead a knob like the inside. However no more bathroom puddles so overall very satisfied!
Beautiful design and good materials. HOWEVER, the company sent us a set of doors that were obviously used. It came to us with soap scum build up all over the glass! We are still having a hard time getting it off! It looks like the door was used literally for months and then someone decided to return it all of a sudden! I don’t understand how they can do this to their customers. Pretty ridiculous!!

Real Good Upgrade
This door visually expands a small bathroom and shows off the new tilework. It is in a tub and has a rain shower head on an arched arm. No water splashes over the glass, even tho the shower head and my head are above the glass (I am 6'2"). I also like the opening that allows an easy reach out, towel grab, and dry off before stepping out. And I once again thank Lowe's for the Veteran discount.
Beautiful Glass Door once installed
The box weight was 100 lbs. The heaviest piece was the glass door itself. Most of the work I was able to install by myself, but I need a 2nd hand to install the stationary glass, but mostly for installing the glass door. My wife helped me, but I assure you she was NOT happy, as it was heavy. The most difficult part was holding the door steady, so I we could align the hinges. The door weighs about 60 lbs and you have to hold it up about a half inch to align the hinge holes. My wife finally said I quit, find someone else to help you. I found some styrofoam in the box that I thought might hold it in a good position on my tub, and asked my wife to give it one last attempt. It worked. The end result came out great. So for you DIY people, just know to plan on having two people to complete the install.

The glass is very thin and flexible. Also, the framing only allows for very thin screws because the track width won't allow the head of a larger screw to pass. We did not use the very cheap wall anchors that came in the box. We installed compact head 3" framing screws directly into the 2 x 4 wood framing of the tub and the installation is still very flimsy. The materials are not suitable for this design where there is only one wall attachment point. This was done for a customer and I am concerned that if someone accidentally leans too hard on the door or return it will just shatter or break loose.

I ordered this door mainly because of the value as compared to a custom door (I received a quote for a custom door for about 5X above the cost of this door...they were going to charge me more in labor than what this door cost!) I had it delivered to Home Depot and picked it up without any issues. All parts were included and no damage. I installed it in about an hour and a half with the help of my wife. Very easy to follow instructions. The door has "wiggle room" for adjustment so do not worry if you have level/plumb issues. Very pleased with the end product!

I love this unit. I needed to update the main bath and this gave me a very good option to open up the room. Item went up really pretty quick, with great instructions, and I am glad I pre-read the specifications to make sure the door swing would not impede the commode access or the door movement itself. This unit is very well made, heavy glass, heavy hinges and support arm. And it looks fabulous!!!!! I would never ever go back to a by=pass unit again. Dreamline has a very good product here and I am glad I went with the Ultra as the glass is thicker and all the hardware is beefier for a much more refined look.

The landlord installed this on the tub. It's beautiful but it is not as watertight as a set of bypass doors - which would have been a better option - and I find water on the floor after my shower. Worse, the open end makes for a chilly bathing experience. A heating fan in the bathroom or a heat lamp over the shower would have been helpful in our case.

Overall very satisfied with the product. Water does leak between the fixed part and the door but very slightly-I keep a paper towel below to catch the water droplets . Between the end of the door and our shower there is less than 6 inch space so no water sprays out. Overall look is excellent and sophisticated It is easy to clean and only issue being between the edge of hinge bottom and tub a little tricky to clean probably will work with a earbud.
Great Product
Bought and installed this myself. Wasn't any more difficult than a typical shower door product--if you can drill straight, caulk and level, you shouldn't have any issues.

We are pleased with the product because it looks very contemporary and allows the beauty of the tile to shine through, and there are no difficult areas to clean. Splashing outside the shower has not been a problem the little bit we've used it. The only problem is that there are no "certified" DreamLine installers in the Sacramento area, so I had to spend considerable time trying to find an installer. Most shower door installers will not install this product. My initial install appointment was with someone two hours away. I persisted with Home Depot who finally gave me the name of a local contractor who agreed to install the product and did an excellent job.

Product was fairly simple to install. Measure twice, drill once. Depending on the shower setup you'll probably need to purchase a specific drill bit for the tile to drill the holes. The setup looks amazing, very sleek and modern. See the picture attached.

Recently moved into a new house and was wishing to get rid of the shower curtain look. I knew I wanted to change to glass doors but was having a hard time finding the correct glass. Originally we were told because of the shape of our tub and ledge, we would need custom doors. We went to Home Depot and sat with an associate and reviewed possible options. We came across this glass door option and knew it was the perfect fit. Because we had a ledge on the end of our tub, fitting 2 doors wasn't going to work. I love that this door allows you to still have the "glass swing door" look. Handyman installed relatively easy within an hour and a half alone. We love this door and are happy we purchased it.
