The Aston Aquadica shower enclosure fit the exact look we were going for. We wanted something that wouldn't make our master bath feel closed off because of the shower. The clear glass is virtually invisible when clean, and the frameless design is very appealing to the eye. The hardware to mount the door and adjoining panel are very well built, and the handle feels very sturdy as well. Overall we are very happy with the product, and couldn't have asked for anything better. The reason I didn't give this 5 starts was because the description of the product is not clear, and the customer service of the company itself is non-existent. We have a 36" x 60" shower pan (Dreamline brand, which was recommended with the Aston Aquadica brand) and I have it inset by 2 feet into an alcove. Thus creating a 36" x 36" opening that I needed a door or enclosure for. So naturally I ordered the 36" enclosure. Get it home, un box it, and first or second page of the instructions state that the measurements should be 37 & 5/16" x 37 & 5/32" or something very similar. Obviously, that is over 36", and therefore would not work. I contacted the customer service line by phone and e-mail, as the installation instructions stated to do, with absolutely no reply to my question of if this would work in any way. Without hearing from them in 3 days (e-mail reply guaranteed a 24 hour response time) I returned the product to Home Depot, and purchased the smaller 34" enclosure, HOPING that it would measure correctly. Thankfully, it measured exactly what I needed it to be to work with my 36" shower pan/base, and I was on my way to install. Thankfully Home Depot let me return this with minimal effort (other than lifting the 200+ lb package into my truck a second time) and I was able to purchase a smaller enclosure, for of course, more money.

Hinge was defective. Received a replacement otherwise very nice. Thick glass
