super easy to install! Had loose wire but technician was very knowledgeable and quick with a resolve! Only had for few days couldn’t handle the salt wasn’t sure about potassium as an alternative!

AQUA SURE WONT SEND PARTS!! Leaks everywhere

Purchased this new system that was faulty from day one. Serious leak. Called aqua sure, called HD. Sent pics and video....2 weeks later still no replacement parts for a brand new system. Aqua sure has been horrible to deal with.....they ask you to send pics and video then tell you the complaint now goes to step 2 in their system....won't ship tiny parts overnight or 2 day...leaks all over basement!!!. Never again Aqua sure....it's been horrible!

So we have a private well which is our main water source for our home. Our water is very hard which made us replace water faucets, dish weren’t cleaning right clothes would be rough after washing it sucked. Had our softener installed and the water was instantly soft. Will definitely purchase again if needed to.

Great product and great price!! Home Depot could of handled the product better than they did. Once installed, you can tell this products does the job! Our water id SOFT!

After about 2 weeks of buying more parts, redoing connections that kept leaking, and getting a part from the company, I finally got it installed and operational. I did pre and post-install water tests and it definitely decreased our water hardness. The taste of the water was a bit off at first, but after a couple of days it cleared out and now the water tastes good. I didn't notice too much of the "slipperiness" one feels with soft water when bathing, so that was nice also.

Easy installation, detailed instructions. Wife loves the way her hair and skin feels after shower, happy wife…. Happy life.

This unit replaced my older one. It is about eight inches taller than my last one, so I had to sweat more copper on my existing in and out to fit. Other than that, this unit works extremely well. The programming is easy to follow, just read the directions to understand the “language”. I recommend this unit.

Installation was easy and the product seems to be doing the job. I skipped the prefilter as I am on city water and I wasn't looking for this capability but with the end of year sale, it came out cheaper with that included in the bundle. Configuration of the device was a breeze. Sharkbite flex hoses were used and gave me plenty of slack to orient the tanks.

I purchased this unit because the reviews/cost and company reputation. Installation was smooth it just takes time to read over the install doc and then do the actual work.

Don’t buy!!!!!

Biggest waste of money. Installed by licensed plumber. System won’t draw from Brine tank. Had two other licensed plumbers come out to troubleshoot and are unable to figure it out. Tech line is less than helpful. NOT BUY!!!

Huge Difference From Day 1

Had a plumber install this since I would probably flood my house. Very easy to use once you get the hang of it. I poured a glass of bottled water and a glass of my tap water and they looked identical in terms of clarity and purity. Wish I got one sooner.

The system is not hard to install, and the instruction is clear as to how to set it up. After setting up the new system, we tested the ppm and it reduced from 180 to 10! I could tell a big difference when I shower, and the taste of the water has improved.

(Still waiting for parts purchased online) Now that I have mostly installed the system I could do it again. I would not recommend for an inexperienced DIYer.
