Installation was straight forward and reasonably easy to tie into the water supply. Programming the electronics was well laid out in the manual. After the unit completed a couple regeneration cycles, our water quality has greatly improved.

So far, so good. I was quoted $2000 to “rebuild” my old softener. My common sense told me, let me find another pathway. Install was easy enough, it appears water is softening and also I feel like the Pre-sediment filter is working. I’m pleased with the price and so far the product and will see how long will last. I’m confident the pre-filter will help at a small cost to protect the resin for a longer time had the pre-filter not been there. We shall see. Overall I was able to easily do myself and for way lower cost for almost 2x the size of my old softener.

Very impressed with this Softener System

I ordered from Lowes systems delivery was timely. It was easy to install just follow the directions. This unit has performed well since installation in June. I purchased with the whole house filter unit which seems to have helped with water taste.

Easy install and easy setup. Works great on my extremely hard well water. This was just what I was looking for. Good price for the complete system. Easy to follow instructions.

Leaving control head

Installed the unit and it leaked fro the control head as soon as the water went through it. Called aquasure’s customer service, sent them the pictures and videos. They sent me a return label to send the defective part back. Have not received a replacement part. Plastic parts. I will return if no replacement parts in 2 weeks.

Find Someone Who Will Install it First!

Purchased this product but cannot find anyone who will install it. Asked Lowe's if they had anyone. The website states no one in our area is available. But their Customer Service did provide 'All Florida Soft Water' as their Professional Installer. However, once Florida Soft Water called me, their representative told me that they only install their systems and that the one that I purchased from Lowe's was far inferior to theirs. Wife has contacted Leaf Water and they told her they only install their systems also. If you purchase a water system from Lowe's, make sure you can do it yourself or have someone who will install it AHEAD of time.

Installation instructions are not very clear. The backwash tube was not working with the standard connector. We needed to purchase a replacement tube in order to get it working without leaks.

Great Softener for 2yrs (Then Nightmare Scenario)

Preface: In no way does this have anything to do with Home Depot. I personally installed the softener myself. With that said, let's get into it. I bought this exact unit 2yrs ago, installed it myself. Install was a breeze, and it worked well until one day I came home to resin beads bursting through every fixture I have in the house. Took 4hrs to clean this up and warranty or not, I will NEVER buy anything Aquasure ever again. Absolute nightmare to deal with.

Well built, very professional looking components, works well right away out of the box now I have soft water with better taste due to the added filter included.Comes with some hardware but you’ll need to adapt to whatever plumbing you have established. Overall I’m really satisfied and happy with my purchase and definitely recommend.

Fantastic system that others charge 2x-3x more for the same results. Have had this system for two regen cycles now and have nothing but praise for this system. Was installed on a home with an artisanal well that had really hard water. So much so that hard water was damaging everything, pipes, appliances, bathtubs, sinks, it was awful before this. Not only am I getting really soft water now with the combo of the Morten salt pellets but my whole house is now filtered! Including my outside lines. Great for washing cars and power washing the house! No spots whatsoever! To top it all off I’m using less detergent and soaps and no longer have to buy bottled water! I have a digital water meter that tells me my water is better than Poland springs when tested in PPB! Great buy!

Put resin beads in my plumbing

This water softener put resin beads in my plumbing and I had to unclog all faucets, toilet fixtures, tubs, dishwasher, washing machine and drain the hot water heater. I had to get a plumber to unclog the showers. This company wants me to run a bunch of tests where there is a risk of it putting more resin beads in my plumbing for the warranty. To return the unit they want me to pay for shipping and a 50% restock fee. I would stay away from this company and go with another brand.

Failed within two years

The system no longer counts the gallons to regenerate itself. Within two years I have to now do it manually. I didn’t realize that you have to register the product within 60 days of purchase or they won’t warranty it beyond one year. No one told me this was a requirement and I didn’t read the fine print.
