Poor product quality and poorer customer service

These balls failed on the second use. There is a little plug that separated from each ball causing them to lose firmness thereby becoming ineffective. I contacted the sellar for a refund but received no response.

I use softener balls in the dryer to keep cloths moving around so they do not bunch together, it also helps the drum to run better by keeping the cloths from balling up an it dries more evenly.

Much healthier than using dryer sheets. I haven't used this set, as it's a gift, but my other set has lasted for years.

Surprisingly Good

I wasn't sure that this would work as advertised, but it does. No static, minimal wrinkles, etc. Does anything dryer sheets do without the scent (which is good to not have).

they work great in the dryer. I've been looking in the store for these and could never find them. then saw them online at Walmart.com and bought them with free delivery to the store!

This came in a box that had clearly been opened and the balls looked like they had been used. yuck!

These work GREAT for drying bed pillows! Put all Six in the clothes dryer with two pillows and they came out as fluffy as new; works for both polyester fiberfill and quality down filled pillows. Much more effective than the 'tennis shoe' method and a lot quieter. These plastic balls also don't have any smell that I can detect.

They brought a great job. Info not like fabric softeners so these are a must have.
