I have seen many videos where these 14-5...
I have seen many videos where these 14-50 outlets are melting and starting fires when used for charging EV's. I am not going to use over 16 amp on my Nissan Leaf, so this Square D should be fine.
Needed outlet for an electric car. Needed heavy duty outlet which this is not. Luckily I learned this before I burned down my house.
