I don't know the science behind dryer balls but I do know they help with drying. I lost a set and found not using them required more time to dry. Things dry better now and clothes tend to stay more separated.

Work beautifully

I can’t use wool dryer balls because I have a Bosch condenser dryer and fibres clog the condenser. Just keep these away from a chewing puppy!
