No body gets it right all the time!

Great quality item and comes complete with all needed hardware options/accessories. My wife loves it. Great flow of water and very quiet. The seller had a bit of a delay due to item not being in stock. Unfortunately, nobody bothered to notify me. I have bought many times from this supplier and I found it strange when I did not get any info from them after 2 days. I let it go because they are always quick and never had any issues. On the 5th day I contacted customer service via email and they responded with in hours to advise of the reason for delay. They then made sure to expedite my item at no extra cost to me. I got my item by the time I needed it, which made the wife happy and kept me out of trouble. Great place to buy and great service!

Do not buy

Faucet is less than two years old and shows extreme wear. The drain cover also has extreme discoloration - it almost looks like tarnish spots? This is with following all cleaning guidance and maintenance guidance - the thing looks terrible and we’re going to have to replace. We will not be using delta again for our home.

BEAUTIFUL

These are as beautiful in person as in the photo. The waterfall faucets are kinda hard to find and a bit pricey, but it really makes the bathroom look amazing. I am in love with these and love how they kinda make me feel like I'm in a spa...LOL.

This has been installed for almost 5 years. Looks absolutely terrible. Called Delta and they said they would sell me for 1/2 price and they show retail as $672.90!! Wayfair is almost 1/2 price according to them.

beautiful chrome faucet

this is a great faucet for the powder room since it has the waterfall front on the faucet, there is very little splashing and easy to control. the chrome is beautiful and I think we will have it for many years

Poor flow

We bought one of these here and also two from another site because we needed three total and at the time the inventory levels were low. Anyway, I would rate this faucet low because despite having good water pressure, the flow restrictors installed in these are very conservative and in one of the three faucets, it was defective such that the water coming out was barely more than a dribble when it was fully on. Delta sent us a new flow restrictor but for some reason it still didn't fix the faucet, so we came to the conclusion that the whole faucet was defective. We ended up having a plumber remove the flow restrictor and then we are controlling the overall flow by only partially opening the angle stops under the sink.

Sad Story

I just purchased one; thanks for the review. Believe it or not as I was coming up as a child, I had to wipe dry the sink and counter after use. This reminds me and this is way. First, this to me was a very expensive faucet, so I wouldn't had thought water would be let in the sprout, right? Second, I wouldn't have thought I would have to wipe out the sprout for the amount of money it caused. Third, with this being said, I think yes, we do, unless we want to rust built up on our beautiful, expensive faucet as shown in customer review pictures.Therefore, I think it's not the brand but how the horizontal sprout is made/positioned. That is, I think there is no way all the water would flow out in a horizontal position, when the handle for the water is stopped, right? One would think we, as customers, would have known this before a purchase, right? Well, I know I did not before a purchase. I hope this info does help the next customer, regarding whether or not one is willing to wipe down after use. Some people do this every day in their sinks/counter tops too.Take care; it's a pretty expensive sprout but different too. I just have to remember to wipe down after every use or else. Also, I think I saw a similar expensive sprout whereas the tip had a tilt in it. Now that may work better with potential standing water. How I wish I had seen that one perhaps.Also, for the money, it comes with all plastic components (under counter) but someone told me all these types do too, not just Delta. That is, things are not made to last unlike in the past for sure. For instance, the water tube that come with this product is so thin that I think it's easier to get clogged, especially with particles in water. That is, I live in Florida where there is hard water. But I hope to stay happy with this product and without any plumbing issues for a very long time. Less
