Nice faucet; no complaints.

Aesthetically pleasing. Easy install-- especially appreciate the combination nut+wrench for securing to the counter. Supplies are extra long-- a gripe I have with the short supplies that come with Hansgrohe. Tailpiece was metal, which is also something that seems rare nowadays. I did not witness any splashing due to the rectangular aerator. However, if you have a home where you find the need to clear your aerators, this may be a pain as it is rectangular and flush on this unit. My only other observation is that this faucet weigh about half what a similar Hansgrohe unit would weigh. I didn't deduct any stars for that as I think the unit will perform just fine. However, at this price point it would have been nice if it had a little more heft to it.

This faucet is beautiful in its simplicity. It’s quite tall, but the shape helps it to look less bulky than many of the other current (2019) Delta single handle faucet offerings. The chrome finish is beautifully done, and it’s sturdy. It should be pretty easy to clean with a minimal number of edges to catch dirt and water. It’s very easy to install compared to most other faucets. A couple of minor complaints: 1. It’s pretty expensive compared to most of the other current Delta single handle offerings, but I’m not sure the actual quality is that much greater. I think you’re mostly paying for the styling here. 2. The water stream is very powerful even though it is a water saving faucet, and that seems to cause a lot of water to splash out of the sink, at least for me. 3. The pop up control on the back of the faucet is pretty elegant looking, but it’s just made of flimsy chrome colored plastic. 4. The drain pop up stopper is also just plastic, even though it’s an “MPU” model which I assumed would mean the stopper would be metal. 5. Because I was replacing an existing 3-hole 4” centerset faucet, I used the included base plate. The plate looks nice and did a perfect job covering the outline of the old faucet, but it also is either just chrome color plastic or very thin metal (hard to tell) and not super sturdy to touch. It anchors the faucet down solidly, though. 5. There is some rattling noise from the valve inside that seems to be common in other single handle Delta DST models when the handle is shut off quickly. It’s almost a water hammer noise. Overall it’s a very nice looking faucet but I’m not sure of the quality is any different than some other less expensive Deltas. This was a warranty replacement by Delta for another faucet that failed, and they are good about standing behind their products.
