Pretty
Needed a chandelier for above my tub. I did not install the crystals because that was a bit too much for me. It is pretty and gives off adequate light. Only suggestion is to mark the power cords below where you trim them so you don’t have to figure it out by using an ohm meter. They are marked by a sticker near the end that gets trimmed off.

This is a well made piece. Looks nice in my hallway. The only thing I don't like is what they call crystals. They are cheap plastic and dull. This is the second fixture I have bought from lamps plus that had these type of crystals. For the price they could have made better crystals. I will probably replace them.
Pretty, but complicated
Comes with a lot of pieces and is very tricky to put together - you have to screw in bolts that are snugly placed so hard to reach. Other pieces don’t screw in as perfectly as hoped either.Also should be noted that the round arms are not a perfect circle, so it does make it look a little lopsided/off when up.But, it’s very pretty and works well. Just not like the picture.
