Scatches easier than I would like

It seems to scratch quite easily. Even lightly grazing something sharp, rough or metal easily scratches this sink. More fragile than any other sink I've used / had. By the time i finsihed installing it there were like 4 scratches and had no idea how I even did them, and I was being careful.

A nice bathroom upgrade

This was the only sink model I found that could replace my 35 year old six sided cast iron sink without changing the countertop due to the width and depth of the old one. I used the provided pattern to re-cut the opening to the new shape and was able to successfully install the new sink. I had originally ordered this product from a big box store but it arrived in pieces. Happily, I re-ordered from Build and the item arrived quickly in pristine condition.

Bowed sink and rust around drain

We purchased this sink in Dec 2020 and the installer had to rout away a portion of the countertop to make the sink sit flat, a manufacturing defects verified by placing a level on the countertop. Also, the sink drain has developed rust stains around the outside of it and you cannot remove the stopper to clean the drain itself without disassembling the flimsy connecting parts under the sink. This sink does not match the quality of our other Kohler products.

So nice we bought it twice

Had to buy one in biscuit for the master bathroom after I bought a white one for the new bathroom I built in our basement. My wife loved it so much in the basement now loves it in the master bathroom.

Love this sink and looks great in a fancy powder room.

Perfect Fit

great look and style. we looked at both this one and the straight front edge on and both are great buys but this one looked better in or bathroom. It is large and deep so you have plenty of room to wash.

Works and looks perfect!

Build has horrible customer service/product support! Received a broken sink, told me to dispose of it, as if it were my responsibility! Even if I could pick it up, I would have to pay landfill disposal fees. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Arrived late & Broken. Build's Customer Service/Support has been a nightmare! Will never do business with them again!

Broken sink

Ordered this sink o May 22. Shipped from Kohler out of Bloomington CA. By FedEx. After 9 days and 7 different stop the sink shows up in St Paul, MN. and it’s broken and is being shipped by to shipper. Talked with several representatives at Home Depot and called Kohler with no help. All anybody could say is reorder. It’s my fault because I read other reviews about this sink showing up broken. I should believe the reviews

Arrived Broken

Purchase arrived broken, which isn't really a Home Depot problem. However, I can't understand why box had no foam/packaging/bubble wrap to guard against breakage. Also, why wouldn't the box have a fragile symbol to keep someone from dropping it. Called the Home Depot 800 number and was told that there weren't any replacement sinks in stock. Website it says there are 28. A friend told me I should just order 2 and plan to return one since arriving broken seems to be a common review comment.

This apprears to be a beautiful sink with a budget wise price. It arrived broken into about 10 pieces. The sink came in a box with no packing material, just a sink in a box. Returned and bought another from a different vendor.

Very nice sink

Bought and easily installed two of these so far and we're very pleased with them. Everyone comments on how nice they look. They're easy to clean, the larger size means they keep water splashes and such within the sink due to the raised lip, and they are solid. Going to purchase two more for sure for the remaining washrooms.

Drop in sink with 8" widespread faucet holes

One of the biggest vanity sinks on the market. Length, width and depth exceed most others at a fraction of the price.

Beautiful well made sink. Will look great in my redone bathroom.

Replacement sink

Needed a large sink to replace large sink. It fit perfectly and looks great

Very Disappointed

Very disappointed. Ordered sink to replace one in wife's bath. Kept box hid till her and sister when on a cruise today. When to install it and Lowes of Waco gave ne a toilet tank instead of a sink. Now with having to reorder it. I may not be able to get it here in time and install it.
