Huge, costly disappointment!

I have never written a bad review for anything in my life, but I didn’t want another person to unknowingly make the same mistake I made. I was so excited to receive this fixture. It is beautiful in the pictures on the website, however that is not how it appears in real life. The design is lovely and original but there is some improvement that needs to be done to the shade. Online the shade is shown and described as cream but it is NOT! My heart dropped when I took the shade from the box to see it was a sickly yellow-green. When I placed a warm lightbulb in it, the room was cast in an eerie green glow. It was completely unusable and it had to been returned. I felt misled and sold a defective product but I paid greatly to return this subpar item. It took months to return the product because of this company’s poor customer service and I paid more to return it than the refund I received. Less
