Excellent buy. Very heavy solid wood cabinet. Nice soft close drawers. Delivery was excellent and product was delivered well wrapped on a pallet. It was in excellent condition! I received it in three days.

Look great but like lots of defects

After the plumber opened the box there were lots of defects. All four bottom cabinet doors were crack down the middle. One upper door is chipped in the corner. Called customer service just for replacements. Had to send pictures and dimensions because they switched vendors. It was so much a hassle and became an argument. I’m returning the entire unit to HD. Would not recommend this product or the warranty on this company.

High quality vanity!

This is the 2nd vanity that we have bought for our bathroom remodels in our home! The custom cabinet company that I said we were going to use ended up being a total joke so we ended up buying the same vanity again. High quality and beautiful!! This time we had it shipped to Home Depot and this was much easier than a courier bringing to the house. Home Depot loaded it into our truck and our contractor unloaded when he was ready. We love it!!!

Very pretty vanity with good storage. We are very happy with it in our newly remodeled bathroom. Love it!

The product was good. Just exactly what I wanted. However the delivery process and scheduling was a nightmare. Home Depot and the delivery company need to communicate much much better. We had a specific date we needed the vanity to be delivered and while we got our vanity at the requested date, I had to communicate with Home Depot way too many times. The delivery person was great and very nice and helpful. I have no complaint with him at all. My major complaint is the delivery scheduling.

Minor delivery delays. Would have liked option of side splash or the ease of ordering one to match through Home Depot. Overall we are happy with the purchase. A clearer description of the quartz top might be helpful as I believe there are two options, yet not certain.

Extremely well packaged and we were very pleased with the quality and features of the vanity and countertop. We would definitely recommend this product.

Delivery was outstanding. Driver was able to put it in our garage. However spec showed rectangular sinks, we got oval. One of the drawer is not flush. Will contact the customer service tomorrow. Overall it's a nice vanity

The product came to your store damaged and we were only offered a 10% discount because of it. It’s of good quality and we decided to take it and repair it ourselves. We plan on ordering additional products but if they are not handled any better during shipping I would be disappointed

Beautiful vanity!

We bought this vanity for the upstairs bathroom remodel. It is beautiful and very sturdy. This is a well-made piece and has plenty of storage space. The cons - the shipper drops this off in our driveway and we have to bring it inside the house ourselves, it is very, very heavy. One of the sink bowls were broken - Home Depot quickly got us in touch with the manufacturer Atlas International. They were not the easiest to work with on obtaining a replacement sink but thankfully a replacement did show up before my contractor was needing it to finish the job. For the other two bathroom remodels we found a local cabinet company that makes comparable quality vanities for the same price and they install them.

The most unreliable delivery

Poor delivery time! Ordered this product and the website it can arrive in one week, then I waited, but no news. Contacted customer service, they said something wrong and had to re-order. Homedepot shipped, but the arrival date keeps changing. The online portal says it arrives on 8/6, then no pick-up news. Then it says arrivals on 8/7, no pick-up notification. Further delayed ... On the other hand, I have a contractor waiting for this too long ... This is NOT how to inform your customer

Beautiful

After a exhausting search for a vanity I decided to buy the Ariel Hepburn, because it’s well made not made of cheap plastic or fake wood , I was scared to purchase it with out looking or touching it! It arrived well rapped I was surprised how well made it is and beautiful! I highly recommend this vanity it’s stunning and I was able to bring it upstairs with no problems. I would buy it again. The quality is superb
