Amending my prior (stellar) review
After 6 months, a seal broke and water spews from the top. Waiting on a replacement shower arm. I still love the multi-functionality.
Looks nice-questionable quality
We ordered two sets of these. One of the shower heads came with a cracked gasket, company replaced. Now both shower heads are leaking from the top of the shower head. At this point, I am not paying for a plumber to come back in so we will live with it.

hand held hose
this product we bought in oct 2018 ,installed in jan 2019 . its hose is dafective ,damage - has leak . requset for replacement since it has warranty for life time -- no response after several attempts

Awesome Shower!
Purchased this shower about 2 months ago for our master bath remodel. Everything works as advertised. Especially like the body spray heads and waterfall features. Maybe wish the handheld was designed to spray with a little more force. But overall a great shower system. Had to add a tankless water heater though as our 50 gallon gas water heater would run out quickly. Especially when using the water fall feature.
The complete package!
We did a complete bathroom remodel and I was looking for a shower system that would put it over the top. This did just that! Be warned though, this is not a diy install. I hired a master plumber to do all pipe and plumbing work prior to tile install. Then had plumber return to do finish work and install all heads and handles. All plumbing in wall needs to be precise for proper fitting of finished product. Thankfully the system comes with complete instructions and specific measurements. My plumber was spot on with all and it is a great system. Love the waterfall edge for extra pressure on top of shoulders. Definitely the icing on our remodeled bath/shower.
