I love my rug! It was just the color and design I was looking for! I was a little concerned at first, because it had a lot of dimples and ripples, that I was concerned would not come out. I have had it a week now, most of them are gone, and , I am sure, in time , they all will be! One other note…. My grandson had come in from my husbands shop, and had let blackened stain on a part of the rug where her was sitting. I let it dry, sprayed with windex and a dry , clean rag. I let the area dry completely, and it is gone, so, the rug cleans well too!☺️

I wasn’t sure what to expect because I usually buy a different Amazon brand but was very impressed with quality. It’s not super thick/cushy but that’s okay because it’s extremely soft and I can tell washable. If it was thick you wouldn’t be able to put it in a washing machine obviously. You can’t beat the price either as most rugs are over 200. I just got this rug but so far I’m impressed.

I absolutely LOVE the softness of this area rug!! You want to be barefoot in this carpet! I have not washed it yet but we did have a spill and I was able to immediately pick it up with no fade or changing of the feel of the material on the spot cleaned! So worth it! Will be buying another one for the bedroom soon! This was a GREAT buy in comparison to the one we just threw away that was a whooping $800! I thought I was buying luxury but it was money thrown away!!! This area rug is wonderful! We have received so many compliments!

Very nice rug. Put on floor laid flat with no wrinkles. Pretty ,using it for my kitchen/dining room area with my kitchen table in the middle. Love this rug and it looks like it will be easy to clean. Thumbs up. Worth the money. Good quality. I also love the color .

It looks amazing in our 5th wheel Camper in front of the fire place. It is Very Soft and the color was just as described.

The area rugs are nice looking and fit our rooms nicely. They do seem to stain easily but they are machine washable. The smaller rug fits in the washer with no problem. The large one will have to go to a commercial washer. It won't fit in ours. The spots cleaned up with Hot Shot cleaner. Overall we are happy with them.

I absolutely love this rug! The measurement of this rug is accurate the item description - it's 8'x10'. It's so soft and feels so nice to walk on. It arrives folded up, not rolled, so there is some time needed to get it to flatten out - an hour or so outside in the heat of the sun would make this process quicker. The backside is non-slip, so there is no need for me to get a separate non-slip product. I haven't need to wash mine yet - so I can't speak on how easy it is to clean, but it is too big to go in my washing machine. When the time comes I will use my rug shampooer for the job. This rug is durably constructed without any visible defects - it will undoubtedly last for a long time. I love the distressed pattern on it. It's all around a great rug and I am super happy with this product!

This rug is HUGE. It takes up almost our entire bedroom and I love it! The rug is so smooth and soft and is super easy to vacuum on low suction since it has a rubber backing. I was worried because we have a white dog that sheds, but the black rug actually hides the fur really nicely! This is a great rug for a large space and is super attractive!

I absolutely love this rug. The rug is super soft. I have a dog and a few cats, so having something that is washable is a must and even though this is a large rug, it will definitely fit in my washing machine. The color and the pattern look exactly like the photos in the product listing. The rug was folded up and rolled up when it arrived and it did take a few days for it to relax completely. I like that I am able to vacuum this with my stick vacuum as well as my Roomba. I would definitely order this one again it’s a winner!

This rug is so beautiful!! It really warmed up the space. It's soft and lightweight, and the fact that it's machine washable is mind blowing. The print is exactly as expected and all the stitching is neat and clean. I love the distressed look, it really looks great on my space and would look amazing anywhere.

Very happy with this purchase! The sizing was perfect for a smaller room and it not only brightens up the space with the lighter colours but also makes the room feel very cozy and inviting which has exactly what I was looking for. The feel is softer then I anticipated and it flattened out in less then a day with a little help from some books on the corners. It was also delivered days before it was scheduled to be which was a nice surprise. I would recommend a pad underneath if this will be on a hard surface and not under heavy furniture but that’s to be expected. 1010 would recommend. You can’t beat the price or the look of it.

Pretty rug but it came folded in a box instead of rolled and the wrinkles were going nowhere. Did everything suggested by the company to reduce the wrinkles but it was a joke. I decided to steam iron the wrinkles and lumps and it worked perfectly. I pressed hard as I ironed. I used a hand towel between the iron and rug. In one area I touched the rug by mistake with the iron and it melted quickly. It was a small enough area that it was thankfully unnoticeable. Several days later and the wrinkles have stayed flat and have not returned anywhere. It took a lot of time and effort but I think the end result was worth it.

The pattern and color were as expected. One side had a 1" seam that had come undone. I haven't tried to fix it yet. I have had it for around 3 weeks now and the strong rug odor has yet to subside. I have 2 Roomba style vacuums and neither of them will work on this rug. They work on my other area rugs without any issues. The other rugs are even thicker, and one has a longer pile. Even though I have run into a few issues that I mentioned, I still like it.

Beautiful rug! The colours are perfect, an off white and light grey. The size fits perfectly under a six person, rectangular dining table. The only thing I would change is the option for a longer length but same width. It did take awhile to get the creases out between re-rolling the opposite way, hanging vertically and steaming. Overall a great rug for our dining space.

You get what you pay for. We needed a bigger rug (previous wool 10 x 12 also from Wayfair was a big worn but held up well - thicker and same price range) but couldn't afford to jump up another $500 for higher quality. The rug arrived folded in half, then rolled... I've never seen this before... it's why the rug is a wrinkly mess as others have complained, and it's so thin that it won't smooth out on it's own. Going to try and steam it and see if the moisture/vacuum weight helps it lay flatter. I can't complain too much because I read the other reviews and I knew it was a cheap rug. But so weird how it was folded??

This carpet is absolutely poor quality! First, the carpet was not leveled for a long time after delivery, and it never fully recovered. But the worst thing happened after I cleaned it with a damp cloth. The carpet twisted, it lost its shape, folds appeared on it. We're trying to fix it with a press but it's spinning and deflating again I'm demanding a replacement because this one is totally messed up!

I ordered this rug thinking it would finish my Livingroom off beautifully. It arrived on November 29, folded, but I followed the enclosed instructions exactly. In two days, December 23, I’m having a Christmas party in my home and, instead of the rug enhancing my room, it looks like I need a new rug. The folds haven’t fallen out and the ripples are almost a tripping hazard. I love the design of the rug but I’m beginning to think it won’t ever look any better after all this time. I have a feeling it sat folded in a warehouse for a long time before it was shipped to me. Not happy.

Absolutely beautiful

This rug is absolutely beautiful. It's my 2nd order from Rugs USA. My first order (an entirely different rug) had a whirlwind of unexpected issues upon arrival. Their customer service promptly followed up with me and took care of everything in a way that went above and beyond what I could have ever expected. As a thank you I knew I wanted to give them my business again and this is when I ordered this rug. It's the perfect addition to my "farmhouse feel" living room.

Delivery was very rapid- one day. The rug looks exactly as described: off white background and faded grey design. It's not soft underfoot as it is synthetic- you know when you walk on it that it's not a natural fiber. After 4 days the rug is still very wrinkled. The 3 stars are also because did not receive an answer from the seller as to how long it will take to release and lay flat. I had to search on-line videos for solutions. Basically, I ended up ironing with a damp white towel. This did help but all wrinkles did not disappear. I will let time do it's thing and re-assess in a few weeks if it needs one more round of steaming. The pic is before the ironing and after rolling the rug the other way and waiting 4 days.
