Beautiful, well constructed gazebo

I purchased this in the middle of August not really knowing what I was getting into. After talking with the staff on a few questions I had, I was ready to give it a try. Placed the order and everything they said would happen, did. I received in perfect condition. The project went flawlessly. The engineering and construction were amazing. Not one issue with any of it. I put together 95 percent of it myself, and a little help from my family for the rest. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Good sturdy product !!

I purchased this product (12x10 Arlington Gazebo) about a month ago, and choose to have it assembled. The Gazebo was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and the person contracted to assemble it was sent out about a week later. I was surprised when only one person showed up to assemble it, but was amazed when he was compete within about four hours - “don’t try this at home” he was very experienced and systematic it’s easily a two person job. I am very satisfied with the product and think it looks good and is very sturdy. My only concern is the anchor screws they sent to secure it. I just didn’t think they would be sufficient for where I live so Anchored it down with larger bolts.

Great product

We ordered this gazebo with installation and are very happy with our purchase. Item arrived earlier thank expected. The team that assembled gazebo were on time efficient and got it done in no time. Definitely recommend Backyard discovery.

Beautiful and Sturdy

We added the 12x10 Arlington to our backyard patio and it has been a fantastic addition. We live in a sunny place and do not get much shade, so having a solid roof overhead has been wonderful.

Great value for the price

We've only had it for a month and a half, material and construction quality seem above par. Have not had any heavy rains, snow or strong winds so unable to judge how it will do in those conditions.

Arlington 12x12 Gazebo

We purchased the Arlington 12x12 Gazebo and beyond thrilled with it.The assembly direction where explicit and detailed.My husband organized each section according to the directions so it made it a bit easier for him….he required assistance from friends and family to assist as this Gazebo is very heavy and sturdy…it is completed and looks amazing…I called parts department and spoke with Parker who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful…we neede to replaced a cracked board and it was no problem.I also wanted to purchase more stain for the little nicks we put on it……Parker sent me the scan code to take to(Home Depot) for the stain……Backyard parteners with HD…..what a fabulous company to deal with……thanks again…..DML Norfolk,MA

Awesome gazebo a lot of work, putting it together but well worth it 

BUYER BEWARE

We purchased this beautiful gazebo on line. We immediately were faced with issues from the beginning with the poor delivery company to the installations scheduling and crew. Additionally, if that was not enough, we had roof leaks and a damaged board from the shipping. Thus, immediate warranty issues. Backyard did refund us some money. However, it was not even close to enough to put up with all the frustartion and aggravation.

We were very pleased with the product. Instructions were very good. Make sure you have extra people to help with roof. Very heavy. Loving it.

Overall great, assembly not so much

This gazebo is definitely top notch, well built, and appears will be totally durable to stand the test of time. The directions are not as good as they should be. Using the BILT app along with the included instructions is the way to go. The key to this project is starting off level and square, that is critical.

100% satisfied with the purchase. No problems with delivery and I’m extremely that happy I paid for the installation. The installers scheduled a time the day after my delivery date and did a great job.

Painted Roof

This pergola is lovely, except that the first hailstorm we had, it was clear that it was painted as it began to chip off the galvanized roof beneath it. We're replacing it now, but that's something that should be rectified.

12x12 Arlington gazebo

Love this Perfect next to our pool. It was way to put together if you follow the directions but it does take more then 2 people-especially for the roof panels
