Several damaged- dented parts. However , Everything went together properly.

It’s very nice. A bit light weight. Not sure how it will fare in a storm. Very hard to put together. Took us 8 hrs. But we are in our 60’s.

This pergola is beautiful!! Also you can't beat the price!! You need a few people to put this together however so just be prepared. Great buy to enjoy the nicer weather.

I purchased 2 of these for my back yard and between two boxes we could not even assemble one!!!!!!!!!!! Out of the box pieces were bent, damaged, and even missing!!!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!! I have sent 4 emails to the seller and no response!

Very easy to assemble. Some of the pieces, all four posts, had mild dents. One side of the shade had a stain that we're going to try to get out. If not, will request another. So I assembled it with my wife and built a jig with an a-frame ladder, two clamps and a 6 foot 2x6 to serve as the "third person". Went perfect! A good buy for the money!

Great at making shade!

Works perfect for what I wanted, keeping the evening sun out of my eyes on the patio! I'm a little concerned about how the wind picks up the canopy but time will tell.

worth for the buck, need more effor for assembly

love the Pergola and its sturdy. only thing is it needs good understanding and more planning setting them up. tooks me 8 hours to install from scratch. the only thing is the canopy waves a lot in wind. so they have to come up some better design to add a guide that can hold the canopy from flying and tangling..

As stated it did take 3 people for assembly, only to hold sides while erecting. With good spacial reasoning the assembly was easy. We bought this for shade on the deck after losing a tree as well as some privacy. It serves both purposes. The canopy fabric is easy to remove in the event of windy weather and the sturdiness and weight of the frame should hold up in storms. It is also easily attached to the deck for extra security.

Canopy looks nice in our backyard very sturdy and provides a lot of shade! It’s already been through wind and rain and it was good definitely happy with the purchase.

Terrific product when assembled

This is exactly what we needed for west facing patio to block the sun in the summer evenings. Well constructed and engineered. However - you will want someone who is very skilled at assembling large items like this. It takes at least two fairly strong persons and I would recommend that one of them be an engineer. The assembly instructions are the poorest I have ever encountered. They require considerable interpretation. they are vague and have have illustrations only with no step by step. If you make an error and miss a small detail on the illustration you will be disassembling and reassembling several times. Be very careful.
