I love this! It has increased my living space outdoors. It came with a part missing which I’m not sure if it’s important. I also wonder if the canopy should be left on for winter.

Product appeared on the web site as a great value for its price. However after reading reviews of others that are actually using it. I determined that the canvas does not protect the user from water when it rains. Therefore it was returned without even opening it. Rain & Sun protection is a must for any outdoor covering.

Nice looking pergola but screws did not line up

The overall quality is very good. Yet 2 roof rail pcs were damaged but I was able to make them fit. Canopy is heavy duty material. Rails on the long side are sagging & I will try to adjust them before fastening the posts down. Wood grain is very realistic.

I like this product. However, after having this for just two years the canopy gets dirty from being outside and cannot be removed for easy cleaning.

Die Pergola sieht einfach fantastisch aus und ist täuschend echt im Vergleich zu echtem Holz. Wir haben bereits viele Komplimente hierfür erhalten. Der Aufbau war dank der Anleitung auch unkompliziert möglich. Allerdings haben die Querverbinder nicht gepasst, da diese zu lang waren und die Lochbohrungen nicht gepasst haben. Wir haben zwar ein Ersatzpaar zugeschickt bekommen, aber auch dies war leider fehlerhaft. Wir haben dies dann mit etwas handwerklichem Geschick und den passenden Werkzeugen passend gemacht. Loben möchte ich jedoch den Kundendienst, der sehr schnell geantwortet und die Ersatzlieferung unkompliziert veranlasst hat. Alles in allem würde ich das Produkt empfehlen, da es sehr schön und hochwertig aussieht.

I wasn’t sure of the quality when I saw it in the box, as it was made of aluminum. Once put together, however, it looks great and very sturdy. We have a lot of wind in our backyard, and it does not move. The assembly process was straightforward, and the final product exceeded my expectations. It’s both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a durable and attractive addition to their outdoor space."

Great product and good value. This is the 20 x 12 aluminum pergola and I am quite happy with the quality of the product. Easy to build too. All done in half a day with just my wife and I. Customer service is also great! Thank you Tammi for helping out with the problem I had! She went beyond what she needed to and I am grateful.

wir suchten eine Möglichkeit eine große Terrasse einfach mit Schatten zu versehen. Dies ist mit der Pergola möglich. Bei den Abmassen sollte man genau lesen. Der Aufbau war nicht so einfach, wie von einigen geschrieben. Uns fehlten Teile, welche von der Vertriebsfirma mit etwas Verzögerung geliefert worden.

The pergola assembly instructions could be improved to guarantee assembly is 100% correct. Pergola once( took 6 hours to assemble) assembled looks exceptional, wood grain aluminum looks very authentic. Although pergola has a sturdy appearance I would have preferred supplier had different pricing options for various post thicknesses up to 50%.

My Paragon 12' x 16' pergola "Modena" has performed flawlessly for 5 years now in the brutal heat and wind of the Palm Springs California harsh desert environment. Assembly was easy and all parts fit well. The canopy fabric has held up without damage as well as the finish which I selected as dark brown wood tone.
