Good for the price. Every box had some broken corners from transport, so you have to be smart and use those for edges. Measured exactly as the claimed so it was easy matching it up with other colors.

Nothing. Customer service from sales rep was very lacking. The product was placed end of July and got confirmation 8/1. The quote said 3-5 days ETA and it took 2 weeks just to get tracking. The sales rep, Alex, called me every day before we placed the order to see if we were going to submit a PO, but once we did, we never heard from him again. I tried to call and email him multiple times to get the status. Very poor customer service and the end user, who referred you, is also well aware of it.

nothing. if they weren’t the only place to have the tiles we wanted, I wouldn’t have ordered through them. one person we spoke to was decently polite, but most of them were rude. their website is completely outdated and colors in the photos are deeply inaccurate. we were charged for shipping even though we had to drive to their warehouse to pick up our order, and when we got there we had no idea where to go because there was no one to contact, no obvious entrance, and no directions to follow once we arrived. overall a very poor experience, and I haven’t even shared the entirety of it here.

This tile has been in my kitchen for 30 years. After years of waxing they got too yellow and took too much elbow grease to make white again. Bought new polar white tiles and replaced yellow ones in kitchen. I also have black tiles laid in a quilt pattern with the white. Looks good.

Not representative of product -- useless as a result. Ordered several samples of different colors -- same basic product -- all from same tile make/manufacturer. Samples came. Picked one and ordered 4 boxes. Boxes came. Boxes labeled same as tile sample. Pattern much more pronounced in boxed tiles -- darker darks -- basically a different look from what I wanted. The tiles themselves are quality products. Its the samples that apparently are made from a substantially different lot of product and look different -- so they are useless as samples.

This sample was pretty true to the picture. There was another Armstrong blue sample that was very different than the photo online, so it's always worth ordering the sample! And the best part is that Home Depot allows you to return them!

You know what I really liked about them? That after I had a bad experience with one of the sales guys, guess I'm just too small of a contractor, the actual regional manager called me, gave me his direct line and made me feel like I was worth a million bucks! I've always said that anything can be fixed so long as both sides are willing to try. The old adage, "the customer is always right" - for one is wrong in theory. 2 - no one really thinks that and 3 it was designed and quoted by a man who no less than a year later wrote an article called "The Caveat Emptor." for a concept that was purposely flawed in an era where honesty actually meant something. The gentleman who called me and rectified my situation made me feel as if I was always right without ever saying it, and that is what customer service is all about. GOOD JOB!! Vic

VCT retro

Love it. Easy to install, looks great. Tired of taupe! This kitchen floor is cheery. We bought a Koblentz floor buffer/polisher that is so lightweight and easy to use. We love this tile.

Lovely Sunny Yellow

I bought this for a checkerboard floor in my craft room. I was hoping for a pretty, cheerful yellow that wasn't blinding or obnoxious. These tiles are just the perfect color! I didn't want to do the traditional 1'x1' checkerboard floor because that seemed too fussy. Instead I did 4'x4' which made a much larger checkerboard that I am thrilled about! I paired these tiles with "White Out" (no colored flecks like other white VCTs). Couldn't be happier.
