Great look for kitchen and bath

We have just completed the job and absolutely love this flooring after a very long search, I was made comfortable choosing this one for its texture and color which was the Venice not the one depicted here. The price is descent compared to similar and as well as the exact one in other stores I shopped online and in person. My only advice is be sure of your measurements the return shipping fee is pretty hefty….however theres another option offered such as 20 of the remaining boxes you may be allowed to keep….at least it is what I was offered.

Product is much more yellow than sample or photo

SO disappointed. Because of mobility issues I had to purchase online which I do not recommend. The actual product has a very yellow look to it, unlike the photo here on the site and on the sample.

Exactly as described

Solid flooring

Very happy with Islander Venice. Samples locked easily. Poured water. Let it sit 24 hours on seam. Nothing bubbled or leaked. Installer completed 6’x7’ bathroom in 7 hours. No complaints. Beveled edges a nice look. Not slippery. Easy to keep clean. Beige color great in north facing bathroom. Tired of grey! Out of 4 boxes, 5 planks had partially damaged click lock that we used for smaller pieces. Only caveat was the design does have a few darker spots and a scratched look that we put aside. No need to use those anyway as we ordered a few extra.

It easily chips when installing. Not at all what I expected. Also, it is dull looking unlike other LVT we had installed...of course it was a different brand. I do not recommend this brand.

Love this floor pattern and quality.

We searched for months for a non-gray, stone look floor. Very frustrated that everything looks like wood. The hardness of this floor is amazing. Dulled my husbands saw blade. Very much look forward to see how it wears.

I love the look of the floor the flooring itself chips very easy the light gray, grout lines tend to break off with any movement at all

We received the flooring right away, and I was pleased with the appearance. The quality was a different story. The locking tabs are so brittle, they kept breaking off. The floor wouldn’t connect properly, which was a major concern for a bathroom! I wish we had returned the rest, but unfortunately, we kept thinking it would improve. We had to throw it all away and start over with a different brand.

Green sandstone

The sandstone color is actually pretty green. It worked for us but it was not 'warm sandc as pictured.

Joinery could be better

This is a correction to my last review. The TONGUE side should face the wall on your first row, not the groove side. I’m sorry. It is much easier to install the tongue into the groove (at a 20 or 30 degree angle) than vise versa, although you’re supposed to be able to install it either way. You’re supposed to be able to install it without angling it too (eg under a doorway) but I found this difficult and damaged pieces while attempting it. The design and brittle nature of the joinery=3stars

I’ve installed floating floors before but this is my first time using vinyl. The product looks good installed. The specs are better than average too. But the install has been difficult. You definitely want the groove side towards your starting wall and will need to angle the pieces on subsequent rows by 20 or 30 degrees to install them. The tongues are brittle and broke off and had to be extracted from the groove. I had to remove door trims and will need molding because I couldn’t slide the flooring under the jam and join it to the adjacent piece without raising it. Using a tapping block in these difficult areas sometimes caused chipping on the surface (and cutting a new piece). Removing pieces also could cause tongue separation so I’m not optimistic if future repairs are needed. My wife didn’t like the design pattern of some pieces because (although probably natural) they looked like they had dirt or drip stains on them, but this was easily managed by using them under appliances or in the pantry.
