Soundproof acoustics, black ceiling tiles

No more than met my expectations. The delivery was great and fast the tiles were packaged very professionally. I would like to get some touchup paint for some of the tiles that I had damaged while hanging. Overall EXCELLENT experience with this product couldn’t be more pleased!!!!!! Thank you very much.

NO! I ordered 2 cases of tiles. They were wrong. Can't swear if my fault or the company's [right style, slightly smaller than needed]. Was told they would refund me, by two different people. Also was told not to return tile [due to shipping] both times. Then I'm contacted and told "No Refund". Called and discussed with agent, another excuse as to why I wouldn't get refund. After discussion, was told by agent they would look into it further,, but I never heard back from anyone again.

Well when I opened box even though corner inner box liner was there tiles corners damaged. And a little off on dimensions had to trim beveled edge to drop in frame work. Little disappointed

I cannot review my expectations precisely because the tiles sent were not what I ordered and most of the price was refunded. I am ordering the tiles again today and when the correct tiles arrive, I can give a review of expectations.

Black Tiles- jacked up and broken

Most of the tiles were cracked and broken in the corners. The black paint was chipped off and missing. Terrible job%$^&$%#

Black 2x4 tiles

Ordered two boxes and half of one box of tiles were damaged, luckly I only needed 10 full tiles and 6 half tiles . Next project I will need to order around 22 boxes and can not have that much damagedproduct.. Thanks Lesley

Poorly painted

The reason I purchased these tiles was because I painted the existing tiles from the 70s and they warped. These look worse than the ones I painted. There was no attempt made to paint inside the nooks and crannies, so they are all still white. I only gave them 3 stars because the tiles themselves are well made.

Really wanted to like these....

I am very happy with buying and delivery experience of these Cortega 2x4 black tiles. The install experience was as I anticipated, which left many tiles with some nicks and dings that were showing white. Armstrong seems to only offer white touch up paint, not black! So I tried to touch up using my own matte black paint.... and now those tiles look worse. Very disappointed and, and I'm not sure how to proceed at this point.

Beautiful Transformation

We replaced the 40 year old 2' x 4' ceiling tiles with 2' x 2' Cortega ceiling tiles. The transformation is astounding. It was a much easier job than any of us imagined.
