Easy to work with and look great when installed

It was just what we needed plus it was delivered to the little store so nobody had to go lug that big box and you can’t get them in our town. You have to go over the Oregon border to Medford to get them so that’s an hour or so drive each way, so all of that was very convenient, but the tiles are wonderful. It’s just that something happened with the roof and some water came in and damage. Some of the tiles were the perfect match the right size and everything.

Lowe's has THE WORST Customer Service!
The product is fine, same product I could buy at most hardware stores, but the SERVICE at Lowe's is horrible. It took more than 30 minutes to get assistance tonget the product off the shelf. No one would answer any call buttons.
Lowes had them undamaged
Package was in perfect condition and I was able to easily get help at Lowes to remove from shelf.
My son and I used the tiles I bought as replacments for damaged tiles. Worked great! Did very well!

Why do I HAVE to buy 10 of these? I think they used to come in smaller packs.
Never got it, so I don't know. I did not receive half of my order. Also, Home Depot marked the delivery as completed and it was near impossible to contact the store to get them to investigate and refund me. A bunch of scammers as I wonder how many people would have wasted hours of their time trying to get in contact with someone
Armstrong tiles have been our favorite for many years because they are easy to install, are strong and still beautiful.
