HI- I needed these tiles in “HAZE” but you did not have them. I ordered the “ivory” thinking it would be close (based on the picture on your website) but not even CLOSE! :(!

Driver left ceiling tiles in the rain

Pallet was assembled too wide to fit through a 4 ft receiving door and the driver left it outside and the pallet was rained on and ruined the ceiling tiles.

Received product on time and in good shape.

Tiles were ok but tiles looked yellowed and uneven color throughout

Color choices are great

Color choices are great. We ran 2 short and had to purchase another whole bundle. That kind of stinks....

They were fissured and they were certainly fine!!!

Expectations were met in a way that, in my 34 years, have never been met before. These tiles...THESE FREAKING TILES...fit so well into their spots, I can't believe it. I've been telling all my friends (and I have a lot of friends) ever since I put them. They are getting sick of it

We were very fortunate to find a ceiling tile that would match the existing ones in our home built in 1968

Kanopi Ceiling Tile

Tile came in damaged.

Approximately 25 percent of tiles arrived DAMAGED. Called about return and told to take to store. Took to store and told PARTIAL BOX NOT RETURNABLE. I had already installed the good tiles. When I emailed, was told to send photos of damaged tiles and STORE CREDIT would be taken off next purchase. Customer service for this item UNACCEPTABLE.

Black fine fissured acoustic panels

The only thing that I would like to see is the paint or coating on the tiles be less fragile. Just nicking it with a fingernail would flake it off. Other than that everything was great.

Just what I was looking for

These tiles exactly match the ones that have been on my ceiling for who knows how many years. I'm happy to have a source if I need to replace any more of them. I do admire folks who install these regularly - they are quite fragile!
