Damage - Exterior box was intact no visible damage. Upon opening and starting install several 50% of tile corners damaged. Ordering two boxes allowed us to salvage between the boxes enough product to install.

I needed several tiles to replace some 20 year old damaged tiles in my basement ceiling. They matched perfectly.

Box appeared ok but once opened, the tiles were damaged. Looks like forklift or strap damage. Returning.

Not a single usable tile in the entire case. The box was dropped so many times I had nothing but round edged tiles.

Ceiling tile. I was worried that the corners might get damaged during shipping. I need not have worried; they were packaged correctly and delivery was damage free. (there was one corner piece with a slight damage, out of 72 pieces, but my ceiling had several less than full-tile spaces, so I didnt lose any product to damage.) The shipment arrived when they said. I would definitely order again from Zoro.

The service that Zoro supplies is the best I have ever seen. We purchased a large heater for our warehouse approximately 5 years ago and they provided fantastic service.
